09/11/2015 11:34 | Agree RC....gap at £25 'ish . | redips2
09/11/2015 10:36 | Looks like price weakening here, if it breaks through £30, no support in the chart until £25. | rcturner2
08/11/2015 16:22 | I filtered straight away. | dr_smith
08/11/2015 14:39 | He can't be short surely. Anyone with a short interest would at least try to present their case rather than throwing out random statements. | tintin82
08/11/2015 06:38 | leedsu36, lovely to see you posting your insightful comments on multiple threads. short by any chance ? | tudes100
07/11/2015 08:18 | Debt to be uncovered here. | leedsu36
05/11/2015 21:26 | UANC any one (a bit of a post QED play) | r ball
05/11/2015 16:22 | Hmmmm wise words... But I feel I should stick with it and will keep investing at these lower levels .... I think.... Nothing is ever certain in this life is it.... But thank you for your reply. | npp62
05/11/2015 14:52 | It depends on sector, as many small caps on AIM are oil and gas stocks and I am well out of anything commodity or mining related now. | rcturner2
05/11/2015 14:28 | Thanks RCT.... Must admit I don't own any small caps, having been burned whilst being greedy, and thinking I was clever... which I wasn't!... I hold FRES, HOC, FXPO, and KAZ but really might be waiting a while with these. Whilst I've been doing that.... I thought maybe id be better looking for some nice divideds and diversifying... I'm in no hurry... Looking five to ten years ahead before I might want to use the proceeds... | npp62
05/11/2015 08:12 | NPP, sorry only just saw your question. I hold GSK (bought recently at £13) and KCOM (held for ages from 80p). Other than that I own various investment trusts that pay good yields and two small cap shares, Sprue Aegis and Zytronic. I have a watch on PHNX, which I held in the past, I am hoping it will dip below £8. | rcturner2
30/10/2015 12:42 | RCT just as a matter of interest, where are you now if you're out of this sector? | npp62
19/10/2015 21:47 | the time to buy was when Saad had to sell their holding to raise money. they struggled to offload at £7.15 back in 2009. for holders this was a nervous time. | r ball
19/10/2015 21:06 | hmm. not too sure. more to come. land bank good. | r ball
19/10/2015 15:29 | I did very well here £25 to £35 in no time with the dividends as well. I am out of the sector completely now. I just think that the glory days of great growth from the 2008 lows have now gone. | rcturner2
16/10/2015 10:03 | Mine is 42.87% excluding divs and likely circa 30% if figure is annualised over the term. Portfolio stategy is 7.5% p.a to justify risk and target of 10%, so yes I am very happy too. | dr_smith
16/10/2015 09:28 | My total return (capital plus divi) on BKG is currently 42% so I am more than happy. | barnesian
15/10/2015 23:28 | more a capital return? | r ball
15/10/2015 11:36 | Dividend is 180p so yield is around 5.6% as you say. I got my number of 4.6% as prospective yield from Stockopedia. Looks wrong. Sorry about that. | barnesian
14/10/2015 13:32 | Yield is 5.64% Risk is as discussed above to do with land values. | rcturner2
14/10/2015 13:31 | Yield is now a solid 4.6% with very little risk given balance sheet and forward visibility. Stockrank 99 on Stockopedia. Have a large holding but tempted to buy in again at this price. | barnesian
14/10/2015 13:00 | On that day, now a week ago the shares fell on news the OFT would look at mortgage regulation | silverfern
14/10/2015 08:12 | Why today? Why not tomorrow or the day after? | billy_liar |
