Stellar update, improving outlook, and IMO a pretty good place to remain given present global instabilities, also, clearly undervalued BKG share price should now finally start rallying north towards lot fairer valuations, upwards and onwards.

Berkeley Group posted Interims for the HY to October 31st this morning. The Group delivered £275 million of pre-tax profit for the six months, with net cash at £474 million. Despite ongoing geopolitical and macroeconomic volatility, the business remains on track to achieve pre-tax profit guidance of £525 million for the full year and at least £450 million for FY26. These compare to £557m in FY24 and £604m in FY23...
