21/7/2015 11:24 | That is one of many problems AIM companies offer shareholders........ What they should do is tell us how they are going to create value and over what sort of period and if any of the other licenses have any value. | anley
20/7/2015 18:55 | Terrible really. I understand in rewards for achieving, but that exercise price takes the pee. Nearly 5% of the company aswell!! wtf | m_don
20/7/2015 11:19 | Re RNS, not exactly a demanding exercise price is it? Wonder what the excuse is this time? | superslob
14/7/2015 13:47 | suggest any of you who have questions or comments to email Kurt, he is excellent at replying.. kurt@beowulfmining.n | 23blade
14/7/2015 13:12 | Still here anley, what a shambles that was last week eh,as super said as well, all correct , we and a few more,(worrier) are all under water still,I thought we could have held onto that 2p,after peaking above it,but managements informative timings like here and other AIM listeds are only for their pockets firstly.. | abergele
14/7/2015 12:42 | Anley, I totally agree with you. Once Lanstead's services were no longer required, I think it was reasonable to assume that Budge could find alternative sources at a better rate than previous. Unfortunately, and this after MI rec and CAB softening of stance towards BEM, he's somehow managed to do worse. Adding to that, BOD participation in placing at 1.25p and you do have to ask Qs, particularly when contrasting with how well he's done for us operationally, where we've all been impressed. | superslob
14/7/2015 10:21 | They are playing by the book but I too am not convinced that they are trying hard or even want to to get what I call a "good" placing price. In a way the old shareholders have been legged over - a bit like Germany doing what it wants to with Greece and in the process the new boys have picked up some cheap stock! So what they should do now is to explain how they are going to create value not just for all the placing shares done at 1.20 and 1.25, who will be sellers at 2p and up to 3p, but for all the other shareholders. I am watching as well as building a stake at the 1.32p level to see how dealings develop from the 23 July when the placing shares get their quote. Not a happy bunny but then I am not on the board to fight my corner. | anley
10/7/2015 10:14 | 23blade, thanks for sharing. Other than the 1st line, I don't buy his comments for one second. | superslob
10/7/2015 08:36 | Email reply from Kurt re my question about placing and timing: Dear Mick As I said in my RNS comments today it's hard to create value without the cash to develop ideas. Management have to take whatever criticism comes our way, but this week the timing, build-up and sequence of events could not have been different. The CAB announcement came Tuesday and we were obligated to publish a RNS. Kind regards, Kurt | 23blade
09/7/2015 18:49 | Anley, bit of a kick in the teeth this placing. Strange one as I didn't expect a placing until after the concessions. I guess they were really hoping for it before the summer but now October onwards? Can't see a sale, can you? I can see a JV at some point though. Hoping this share dilition doesn't put the brakes on the share price too much. 400+ million shares now. | m_don
09/7/2015 16:29 | Good point and it does show you why many people shun AIM stocks............. I have been buying at under 1.40 as my broker tells me that the orders are all over the place..its difficult to know who is using CFDs and if they were the recent buyers then they will have been squeezed. All in all a good share to punt around in at these levels of 1.40 to 1.75 until further news after summer comes through. | anley
09/7/2015 15:43 | Looking at it another way, what was in yesterday's RNS that absolutely had to be mentioned yesterday and couldn't have been delayed 1 day so as to ensure a more orderly market without 30% + price swings? | superslob
09/7/2015 15:42 | Me to and I am not surprised this has happened so quickly as there was more than enough cash to last a few more months. So now you have millions of shares hanging around at 1.25 being sold up to 2p so I may alter my ideas and buy in with a view to a sale later in the year. | anley
09/7/2015 14:54 | This isn't the 1st time BEM under Budge has done this sort of thing. Whilst the placing price may have been based on share price prior to yesterday, placing hasn't suddenly come ''out-of-the-blue'' so surely warranted a mention yesterday? How do we know future positive news won't immediately be followed by another discounted placing? So sorry for anyone who bought yesterday! | superslob
09/7/2015 14:34 | The placing was obviously priced in prior to yesterday's positive comments from the locals. Could be a good opportunity to fill up with cheap stock if you really do believe the price will be much higher than currently after the October decision. I may average down. Never thought I'd be putting more cash into BEM as I'm well underwater now. | worrier

09/7/2015 14:14 | oooooppps sorry guys I got out at1. 92p ish...thats why its been better than money in the bank. Since then I have caught the rises. | danielmiller1
09/7/2015 14:09 | The Company has placed 49,600,000 new ordinary shares (the "Placing Shares") and Directors have subscribed for 2,400,000 new ordinary shares (the "Subscription Shares") to raise approximately £650,000 (before expenses) at a price of 1.25 pence per new ordinary share (the "Issue Price"). | knicol46
09/7/2015 09:46 | Well you can expect that those who paid 1.20p will be sellers from time to time as well as Lanstead. Keep an eye on dealings and volumes as I think the next set of buyers at the 2p level will look at 2.5 and 2.75p to sell so we can expect increased volumes especially as we have over 350m shares in issue. Also stand by for a funding by the new joint broker as and when the licenses are made public...........its the old Hoodles crowd who will be dealing with this one. That is how I see things for the moment.............. | anley
08/7/2015 17:58 | good evening anley,...yes we are here till the better times roll I think, we can add a few now confidence has returned it seems.. Good finish to the day, back up to 3 spot on the leaders boards...I also had 6"place ,and 22nd,so feeling a little happier tonight..gla | abergele

08/7/2015 13:56 | Its good to see a few of the "old" investors back on this BB and thank you for your comments. As many of you know I gave my thoughts as to what the short term price should be and I still stick to my conservative 4p per share when the license is granted by the the Swedish authorities. What happens after that is a whole new ball game so we shall all have to wait and see. All of this new news will be before October 2015. That is how I see it............ | anley
08/7/2015 11:48 | Yes it would be good for a change, but no doubt there will be a few in there looking for a quick buck and out again. New blood is what we need. | m_don
08/7/2015 11:40 | It would be nice if we are attracting lth's,and not just gamblers, as the potential here is great at these entry levels, but we shall have to see. | abergele
08/7/2015 11:28 | I didn't think we had crossed the 200 day moving average since 2013 but now we have crossed it? Anyway I didn't expect quite as much movement today but I guess it is significant news as it is positive from the local government for a change. | m_don |
