“Expect” is future uncertain. You will see that “hateful garbage” is accurate prediction.

PATT what a load of hateful conspiratorial garbage. They paid $250k off their debt and arranged payment for the rest by end of Summer just to fool us.
I think you need to hold of the drugs in the ambulance there, they're starting to give you delusions.

Bad gateway. And you have identified the reason for the RNS exactly. You think that this proves the company is not burning cash. Which is exactly what they want you to think. Except they could have done exactly the same by releasing proper sales and gross margin figures with mining data and cash balances but they have not.

So, it is a smokescreen. Because they are burning cash. The 22m MBU share sale I think was partly to raise cash to reload back to BEN to avoid having to raise more cash via a placing.

The mere fact that none of this cash generation and repay loan data has been RNSd means it has not happened. Adam would RNS him opening a door if it raised the share price so why would he not RNS this high output and sales that enable debt repayment? Because it is not real.

Nothing is what it seems with BEN. But by asking what are they trying to make me think, you can see exactly what is not happening. Great isn’t it.

If the co. was burning cash it wouldn't be paying back $250K now with a plan agreed with the lender to pay back the full amount by Summer.

Also have to take into acct they have a "supportive lender." who were happy to ignore any terms set re not having the CLN paid by end Feb 23 and just set new ones as RNS'd today
Would be good if BEN RNS's their payments as they make them but only as you PATT seem to need them after your experiences with ENET.

John Henry. You are an absolute lunatic if you think that any dividend is coming ever. The balance sheet prohibits it with retained losses, the company burns cash, it has $15m of CLNs requiring full repayment inside a year, has an unknown loan from MBU and pays its BoD fortunes.

Keep on buying though if you want.

Just a clue. It is not a “fact” that they will be repaying the loan by the end of summer 23. They “expect” to repay it. Now, everybody now knows that “expect” on a BEN RNS means “will never happen ever”. You will learn.

BENs looks set to be an absolute cash cow. Buying at 20p today could be returning a 50% annual yield in 18 -24 months.

The fact that BEN will be paying this debt down within 6 months speaks volumes paving the way to a annual 10p dividend.I'm expecting a small dividend to be announced June with a full 5p dividend in December. Added more today.

But CLNs rank above equity holders in the event BEN cannot repay the debt on 31/12/23. Think about it. Debt/equity trade off.

Creditors hardly hold the reins as the convertible debt is unsecured.

Take it the creditor holds the reins not BEN and may want some BEN stock but not at 40p. Converting at 28p would be quite the result for present holders though esp as they're likely to know more about the business than any of us posting on here.

Interesting that they are repaying the second CLN and not the first. Very odd.
The first CLN has a 15% interest and must all be repaid by 31/12/23 and is convertible at 28p
The second CLN has a 12% interest rate and must all be repaid by 28/2/24 and is convertible at 40p.

The best one for BEN to repay would be the first CLN as the interest rate is higher, the repayment date is closer and it would reduce dilution most. So why the second one? Why use the cash available to repay a creditor that is worse for BEN! Possibly they know that there is zip chance of the share price ever getting to the 40p conversion price and that they are going to have to repay this one anyway.

Choice of non exec Director is the right of and at the choice of MBU per the admission document.Glad to clear that little barbed comment up by Pinocchio Pat.The continual lack of RNS to the contrary appears to show Blue Star Capital never sold any shares after all ...another myth of pants on fire Pat burns to the ground

It is a nothing RNS. They are paying off $250k of a $7.5m debt that is accruing interest at nearly $100k per month.

Adam says “we are now approaching full production”. What is that. He has been saying that for a year now. Also, why not details of actual mining tons mined, clean tons output, inventory, tons sold etc. Nothing.

Glad to see the separation of BEN and MBU being accelerated by the MBU lawyer joining the BoD!

Good to see them paying off their convertibles in cash. No dilution on them and getting closer to divi's.

Fascinating RNS. The whole loan needs repaying by 31/12/23 so that is about $7.5m incl interest. Over ten months that is around $700k per month. $250k is a drop in the ocean.

pap I am not a bull or bear of any share in the current yoyo markets to be fair TBH.

I merely find bashers of a falling share or pumpers of a share who rely on spreading of fake information be it positive or optimistic need to realise the diference between time related issues and fraudulent issuses.

So I try and highlight that as above.

I hope both shares do well for shareholders in time.

It is pointless making any positive comments here as you end up in a 24/7 debate as any information is turned on its head into a negative without failure by you know who. No wonder the company is being cautious with announcements.
.
Hopefully some ENET promoters now realise how annoying it is and realise how bored people are.

On a point of order not one RNS about Blue Star selling a single share yet let alone milions. Tick Tock the rat ran back down his hole. Thought it was a 14 day time frame.

Yes, purchaseatthetop, you're an ENET bull and BEN bear, whilst seagreen is, apparently, still a BEN bull and ENET bear. I'm bearish on both, but news could change that; not that I expect game changing news to be announced by either company, bwtfdik?
