BEN Ichimoku LOG chart. The BEN share price hasn't been above the Cloud (Kumo) since May 2022. The bears have had the ascendency over the bulls since then. Unless there is good news issued by the company (and that doesn't appear likely at this moment in time) I can't see that situation reversing.

PS For the 1st 8 months of BEN's listed life the bulls had a field day. The clever bulls took their profits when the bears took over and the share price dropped below the Cloud back in May and June and have never returned.

Nothing to say papillon. Seagreen seems to have moved to ENET and I have to wait till 1/3/23 to post about “let’s hope the new Highwall Miner arrives in March” to replace the 1/2/23 post of “let’s hope the second Highwall Miner arrives in February” that overrode the previous “let’s hope the second Highwall Miner arrives in January” post. Repeat back to April 2022.

Penstocks. Good to see you alive and well. The TG hard cases do not like any dissenting voices. Mind you neither does Seagreen. I had to filter him because he decided to become even more annoying than ever.

I still wonder if HWMer 77 even exists. Megahighwall do all their financing through NFS Leasing. If you Google them and Megahighwall you see that they finance any new or rebuilt Highwall machine. The last financing was Nov 19 when they raised their stable to five machines. Since then no new financing and as their website still has just the five machines it makes me wonder.

But if I see a big yellow machine grinding through Gerrards Cross looking for a home rest assured I will direct it your way!

My Tgm group turned into roast style group where they didn't like it if I said anything bad about BEN such as the tosh that was spoken in that IG video last summer. So rather than keep kicking out the ones who told me I should just sell and move on I chose to leave my own Tgm group and let them do their own piggin' research in future, lol. Thought I'd pop over here and see if PATT has seen a big yellow HWM yet and if so can he please guide it over to Bens Creek as they need it for an RNS, lol. Only 1 more please, not a total of 3 like was mentioned in that video.
All fun and games. Once it is announced to be mining then moral will be lifted and we can await the next bit of news....how many Ktons/sales Bens have done since September.
Get into positive profits and of course the share price should pop up. That damp torch paper needs a good couple of RNS to set it off and I have every faith that will happen next month which starts end of next week! Ticktock as in time not the kids app, although the youtube channels are entertaining.

Seagreen. What would I do if you died? I would be sad. Nobody else makes me laugh so much with the effortless combination of forecasting everything incorrectly and then standing proudly on a moral molehill.

It was a philosophical discussion on whether anybody could be sad if an anonymous poster seemed to have died because, of course, if the poster died they would no longer post any more. But would that mean they were dead or simply not posting. So how could anybody be sad? And you took that personally. Or did you? Actually, nobody gives a toss if you are alive or dead.

25/2/22 RNS: Following the announcement made on 18 January 2022, for a contract to purchase a Superior highwall miner and related highwall mining equipment, the Company is pleased to announce this purchase has now been completed following the final purchase price payment being made and the Board of Bens Creek expect that this machine will be deployed ahead of the initial scheduled timetable of the second quarter of 2022.

27/6/22 RNS: "We are delighted to have had the opportunity to exercise our option for MHW to operate a second highwall miner on our behalf and reinforces our strong relationship with our contract highwall miner. Highwall mining machines are generally in short supply and command a market premium. By operating two highwall miners simultaneously, this will enable an increase in our production capacity to up to 80,000 tons per month."

28/8/22 RNS: ost year-end we have steadily increased production. We anticipate the monthly run rate of production will be 40,000 US short tons per month as we approach autumn 2022. This was our stated goal when we listed onto AIM back in October 2021. I am delighted to report that we aim to surpass this number on a monthly basis after the deployment of a second Highwall Miner machine, which will be in operational as soon as we receive our permit to mine in the area allocated for its use. We are hopeful that this can be done well before the end of this calendar year.

7/11/22 RNS: The Company can also confirm that the creation of the required benches to support the second highwall miner are progressing quickly. As such the Company will soon be requesting the second highwall miner. The Company has previously stated, in the mine plan agreement with Mega Highwall Mining LLC, that it will then be ready for further production by the end of December 2022.

2/12/22 RNS: Armed with our fully operational fleet and the deployment of our 2nd High Wall Miner, we look forward to 2023 with confidence. We remain on track to meet our monthly production targets and achieving in excess of 70,000 clean tons per month.

13/1/23 RNS: Mobilisation of the components of unit 77 commenced yesterday and some equipment has already arrived on site. All required benching is complete and once the highwall miner has been re-assembled production is expected to start during February 2023.

“When the full production is up and running and it’s all systems go”. That has been promised for about a year now. But it never happens. You cannot fool all the people all the time. Except Seagreen.

Why would anybody trust the CEO? All he has done is mislead and lie to you while enriching himself.

I know for a FACT that Norfolk Southern has a derailed train nearby due to the collapse of the MAC Coal LLC mining berm and there is flooding and mud landslide chaos.

Penstocks andI agree that BEN should release a quarterly mining report as done by all other proper miners. Seagreen thinks that is pathetic and impractical. Of course not every thing should be RNSd. But we are nearly five months into this half and nobody has a clue what has been mined, sold, at what cost or price or what inventory is held.

Making a fool of yourself again eh Seagreen. You are so good at that.

That is a good, honest and clear post Penstocks and I empathise with your pain and worries. It is the complete lack of any clarity that I have been howling about for a year now and it is simply not acceptable. Taking it to its core, how on earth can Adam justify being paid $1.5m in the period to 31/3/22 and much much more since (we do not know yet) but not release critical data so investors can properly evaluate his performance?

Most investors here label me a deramper. With an agenda. Dangerous. Lying. I see myself as a realist. I look at the “story” and try to see inconsistencies in the RNSs. Here there are no consistencies except the inconsistencies.

Yes you will now be bullied on Telegram. Sod them. Demand data from Adam. Every single one of you start emailing him, the BoD, the Nomad etc demanding a proper report. Not for me though I would be very interested of course to see how close my worst fears are, but for you, the shareholders. It is your money.

Was staying mute but I agree with PATT's 8879 post apart from the bit about doing it to shut him up, as I want all investors to have answers to questions they have in the company their money is invested in (including all of mine). I want to know in RNS the sales since September and for everyone to have official reasoning for not having the HWM last month despite the RNS foolishly putting yet another timeline on it that has already been surpassed. All it will take to reassure investors is a photo of the 2nd HWM (77HWM300) like they did of the 71 unit in November 2021 that they have on the benscreek website. The PR/news sucks at this crucial point in time IMHO. Once the 2nd HWM is there and Ben's are in full production with regular trains the PR won't be in demand or needed like it is right now. Am fed up being the unpaid donkey trying to feed positive news to the deprived. What I know and have said should be released as official news otherwise I am just some schmuck with an agenda in some people's eyes. Once in full production a quarterly sales update will suffice, Luther can give up his singing ambition and we can wait 3 months for 'expected' news without delays. Maybe the BoDs will take note that the nervous are bailing ship and heading over to Zimbabwe and other spots with better PR right now.

RNS 1&2 could be: how many Kt coal sold since September; the 77HW is onsite and assembled; pitcoal is being strip mined and shipped out by truck to CSX; how many trains booked February and March. The 77 has started mining.
