If you are thinking of buying expecting a fast recovery, please don’t. It will drift down further.
There is absolutely no reason of any kind to buy here until there is a proper RNS showing that there is a path to cash generation.

Czar. Two points.
1) Share price dropping has huge impact as any future placing dilutes you much more the lower the share price.
2) A 10p dividend is most most most most most most most most most unlikely. Ever. In total.

And those sells keep on appearing. Another few million from yesterday. Cannot wait for the TR1 but I think they have 21 days to disclose.

Rest assured Seagreen I check those I believe in as hard as those I do not. There is no scam in ENET. It’s time is just coming. But that is only my view and I may be wrong.
There is no scam in BEN. It is legal. Just that PIs are victims not beneficiaries.
This new technology you are talking about has been around for decades now as Highwall miners have been used in exhausted open pit and contour bench mines to extend the mining reach. Only BEN seem to think that it can be used in West Virginia! As the Shamen sang…Move any mountain.

Shareholders increasing or decreasing has absolutely no effect on the operations of the Company, this is a very cheap share especially if they pay a 10p dividend. I am a buyer.

Bluestar. Must be. Only they could have that number. Some their 14m holding and many more MBU secured shares held in the secured CREST account.

What an exciting day coming up. BEN the gift that keeps on giving*

Ok cool yep forced seller I did type, and to be fair I would say that was correct with the RNS released earlier. As for PANR of course it was on good interpretation of the data and acreage and 3D data it you look at the actual drill results they actually haven't exactly gone to plan as is the current position although the blockage should be cleared this week and if we can get to 150b per 1000ft it will be great and deemed commercial which will help the share price recovery and depending on how the farm out goes will ultimately determine where we go short term but a decent farmin partner we'll be flying if the terms are favourable. As I said I've been a holder on and off for 14 years and has proved an amazing investment for me and I still feel as very well documented on the Panr board my takeout price is £5

You need to visit SpecSavers, sirmark! Read your post timed at 15:45 again! And stop lying! And I'm not lecturing you on PANR! Am I wrong when I say that the PANR share price rose to circa 150p in May 2022 on the back of positive exploration results?

"Bens Creek Group plc (AIM:BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in North America supplying the steel industry, announces that it has today been advised by MBU Capital Group Limited ("MBU"), the Company's largest shareholder, that, following demand from institutional investors, it has today sold 22,222,222 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18p per ordinary share, equivalent to 5.92% of the existing issued share capital of the Company, to diversify the shareholder base of the Company."

The above is copied from tonight's RNS. What I can't understand is why MBU had to sell those 22,222,222 shares on the open market at such a price so far below the quoted bid price at the time. Surely those "institutions" could have bought those 22,222,222 shares off the market and paid the going price (the offer price, which was over 24p at the time). This has all the hallmarks of a forced sell to me, bwtfdik?

Anyway RNS out here now suggests it was “requestedR21; by an institution. I would say that does read as close to forced as you they come but I’m happy as I bought plenty today and expect the share price to rally back.

Also please don’t lecture me on PANR I have been involved there for nearly 14 years and still remain a significant seven digit holder.

We had a similar situation with PANR who the debt holder sold iirc about 40% of the company all the way from 25p all the way up... and those who purchased on the back of them selling made a killing all the way up to £1.52

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

It's not a similar situation, sirmark. PANR hit a high of circa 150p at the end of May 2022 on the back of a string of positive exploration results and the over $US100 per bbl oil price due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

I took another 250,000k today so I am very happy with the opportunity to which I took full advantage off and added to my holding.

Also I did not suggest they where a forced seller, just a seller.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

You have a poor memory, sirmark, since you did say the seller was "forced", earlier!

11/11/22 RNS.
MBU has no immediate intention to sell any of their shareholding.
Well, at least we now know immediate means less than four months.
