Pap

I follow your charts no criticism intended towards your charts they are an importahnt tool.

Unlike the tool who continues to post irelevant posts (The contractors price includes reclaimation work from memory.)

He also forgets he was the one who stated that the HWM purchased was a worthless rusting wreck. (Probably why the depreciation for the second half year is lower as from memory I think there will be a write back of earlier depreciation charges if the HWM is sold.

Totaly obsessed

The financial risk is their ability to secure suficient trains and/or the trucking of the surplus coal to the other railway line at a reasonable cost.
The analst pointed that out.

FWIW I simply do not belive an analyst would comment to a random caller/e mail agreeing that they had made an error in their work.

He would not put his career on the line and would have worked 24/7 to reissue the report to their institutional and retail clients.

Unless it was the junior analyst on the team who did not know better, whose career will be very short if he did.

But then Pinnochio will not admitt who he contacted or provide evidence as he knows I will ring him up and check.

Bit like those phantom calls to the NOMAD who simply do not respond to random calls but politely issue a no comment.

Simply can not trust any posts he writes which devalues the odd correct one.

Seagreen. You post 8495. I think you are actually thanking me.

“Over optimistic and careless PR”. That is precisely what I have been posting all that time showing exactly why it was completely unrealistic, impossible and contradicted by their own RNSs.

“Thank lucky stars that Adam raised money when he could”. I predicted the last two placings within days of them happening. Sadly there is no more magic money tree as any IIs are now scared off. What makes investors thank their lucky stars is the opposite of what the IIs think. So not all good.

I accept your thanks with good grace.

22/12/22 RNS: Further to the Company's mining update released on 7 November 2022, where Bens Creek stated it was reviewing its options with regards to its owned highwall miner and it had received offers which were under consideration, the Company has now agreed the proposed sale of the highwall miner with Civil LLC.

I wonder if the sale has actually happened as it was only "proposed".
The other interesting part was that it’s book value was recorded from 31/3/22 thus showing a profit. I wonder what it’s book value was on 30/9/22 after another six months of repairs. Cannot think why they did not use that figure.

Civil LLC are very interesting.

"Residents near the Aily Branch Mine, including Mitchell, reported problems for several years before the bankruptcy, and the problems haven’t gone away since Civil took over. In fact, during Civil’s tenure, Aily Branch and two adjoining mines have continued to rack up violations for failing to meet reclamation standards, and the company has had to pay nearly $100,000 in fines over the past year as a consequence of enforcement actions by the Virginia Department of Energy."

And a Happy New Year to you seagreen.
On the 9th January, when the share price was 28.5p, I posted a chart and congratulationed those who'd bought @ circa 20p in December and suggested that now could be a good time for them to take profits, based on the chart. I've been proved right, so far.

Sad when people sing the same old songs, when they can not even hit the right notes?

Ignore all the rampers and derampers who post on these bb's. Believe the facts. This Heikin-Ashi candlestick chart is a factual history of the movements of the BEN share price over the past 3 months. The future share price movement? That's open to question, but this chart implies that the lower Bollinger Band is a possible short term target, but only time will tell.

Adam was responsible for borrowing huge sums of money, paying himself equally huge sums, and bringing in more and more investor money right up to the moment it went pop.

I think it is sensible to question whether they are mining over 40k clean per month as you are claiming.

Pat

If you do not have anything new, factual, grown up or sensible to say why say it?

Adam was not responsible for the global coal price colapse.

So Seagreen. Are you saying that right now they are mining over 40k clean tons a month? Are you willing to eat humble pie once again if they are not? There is no hate or anything like that from me. Simply interest. You are the one that creates hate. I fully accept that I got the wrong location of Adams previous scam mining company. Doesn’t alter what happened! I think that my five RNSs have shown that nobody ever humiliated me but the other way round.

Anyway, just a couple of weeks to see if HWM77 is actually arriving and operating.

Hate to think you are fibbing Pinocchio again. The great thing is their production has finally kicked in after many months of false dawn's so your pathetic little hate campaign is utterly pointless and you have shown how good you are at forecasting over at ENET. God knows what went operationally wrong as they were clearly expecting to hit 40k a month sooner than they did. Now they have and they can or will be able to soon charge closer to spot price, it would make sense to explain what went wrong. Still you think they are still only producing 17k which is about as brain dead as you saying ENET would not need a fund raise. So no one takes your childish vendetta seriously.Although I hope it works out for all the punters lured in with the ENET threads perma ramping and the podcasts they do. Unforseen delays have hit so many businesses over the last few years. Only the blind can not see that. Proper men forgive and move on.

You really need psychiatric help.

Which analyst did you e mail?

I would be very surprised if a senior analyst would admitt to an error to a complete nutter on e mail.

Perhaps you can share the e mail with your adoring public (sic)?

We all await a copy of the email with bated breath....that will stop me having to ring my mates.

Emailed with the analyst actually. Nice chap. Only person lieing to you has been Adam. Once again, check every podcast for his mining statements. 8 mins 5 sec in on the 22/7/22 Sunday Roast he clearly states that they are mining 40k tons clean. Every other podcast he states 30 to 40k tons clean. We know it was 17k average all that time. Why do you get so angry when I point out these lies?

Just my view but that opaque RNS is being used to gradually dump on the market. If you look at LSE Penstocks is being their useful idiot posting about the massive profits already being earned. No RNS has stated actual tons mined or sold since 30/9/22.
