Mind it’s not quite as bad as PRATT who in 23 months has averaged nineteen posts a day seven days a week trolling on ADVFN and I would imagine has not made a quid in that entire time. Mind he did do just short of two years in prison for defrauding forty thousand pounds. Which do you consider to be the bigger waste of time PRATT? Being on here all day every day or the time in jail which worked out to be about 50 quid a day.

You have to feel sorry for those people still clinging on. They are clearly overinvested with no hope of getting back out anywhere near what they put in. Unfortunately this whole charade has been legal more or less. In other interesting news Zak Mir used his IPO to buy his own company and there are murmurs he might be buying Roast PR. What do we make of that?

Mindminer. Precisely. The incompetent board and organisers could not even time their pump so that they could benefit as much as they could have. Adam is like a fat kid in a sweet shop. Over sugared and over excited he gabbled hopeful garbage that destroyed any credibility. Now MBU Capital Group Ltd will be having to sell tens of millions of shares into a soft market to even keep the £80m of defaulted debts at bay. If they are not paid the creditors will come after Mr Iqbal. He transferred liability for them from himself personally to MBU Capital Group Ltd in May 2021. That will be reversed.

Regardless of what anybody says here I doubt it has much affect on the share price.
What you can't argue with is the chart. I fully expect this to head towards 12p now.
Watch out for the gap down at 19p.
Imagine missing the opportunity to sell at £1 like seagreen. This has been pump of the year 21/22. Best thing is the people who should've benefited the most also missed £1.
People still think they're going to get paid a dividend? Fat chance.

Pattsaloser raises an interesting point in 7260 that I also asked about in my v. first post on this thread. I never really got a satisfactory answer, though I suspected it was because AIM is like the Wild West compared to American markets & our gallant boys could get up to all sorts of shenanigans that, if carried out under the jurisdiction of American authorities, would see them locked up in the USA lickety-split.

Pattsaloser. Actually the strengthening dollar makes the dollar based CLNs totalling $14m now even more expensive to repay as their balance sheet credit increases in sterling terms while though the revenues are in dollars so are the costs and therefore BEN would only benefit if it generated dollar cash profits and paid dividends to shareholders in sterling which is very very unlikely.

But other than that you are completely right. Which means everything wrong.

Why? Of course there may be RNS announcements of business developments that mean it does not happen.

Buy. Right now.
The contract with Megahighwall has not happened for a second HWMer and they will move their equipment where they make most money. There is little doubt that the tons mined at Bens Creek are very low and they have not made money. They may shift the first HWM and not supply a second. The recent RNSs do not mention Megahighwall like they used to so we can assume they are out of the picture.

The purchased HWM has had repeated announced start dates but still unused. Even if they can get it repaired then where do they get the skilled workforce to run it and the many machines to support it? Certainly not Megahighwall and skilled staff have their choice of mines. Why would they go to a tiny limey mine?

So, unless an RNS appears solving huge and complex problems in the next few weeks then it certainly will stop mining end of November.

End of September has arrived. The contract for the second HWM promised in July has not arrived. The renewal of the contract for the first HMW running out November has not arrived. The purchased HWM supposed to mine in Q1 22 still remains unused. I am not saying it is going to happen but there is a path coming up pretty soon where no mining will be happening at the mine.
