6/5/22 RNS “ Raju feels it is the right time to step down from the Board of Bens Creek”
“Has agreed to remain as CFO and member of the Board until a suitable replacement is found and appointed”

12/7/22 RNS. “The Board of Bens Creek remains unchanged”

Any sympathy for your severe mental problems went out the window when you admitted to taking mind bending drugs that clearly worsened your condition as you,are now quite mad.

Post 7184 you have no idea of the terms of the CFO's employment and if it were true and if it were true you were an accountant you would know how HMRC would treat your mythical scenario and deem it salary subject to income tax and the CGT implications of a company owning shares. You need locking up in a secure padded cell.

Now Seagreen. I raised the valid point that Raju was supposed to be stepping down from the board and was given 2m shares at 5p because of this. He has not stood down. Why is that?

6/5/22 Directorate change RNS stated that Raju Haldankar was to step down from the board of Bens Creek when a suitable replacement was identified and appointed.

12/7/22 RNS identifies appointment of Murat as CFO and a member of the senior management but he is not on the board. The RNS states that Raju remains on the Board.

So, actually nothing has changed. The Board remain the same and Murat is a consultant paid talking head. Iqbal and Haldankar continue to run the show.

Is there any one RNS where the company do what they say they are going to do? I only just noticed this when I looked at Companies House and saw Raju still as a Director.

So Raju was given 2,000,000 shares at 5p on 6/5/22 for not stepping down from the board! Funny.

And on 13/7/22 when everybody was shouting about a Director buy, actually it was Murat buying for his pension using his company that was paid a signing on fee to save tax and he was not a Director.

Seagreen. Your third point.
So what you are saying is that when the share price was really high you secretly sold while telling everybody else to buy. Corrected as seagreens mum is dead.
Frankly nobody believes a word you write and that is simply pathetic. Admit you are balls in and underwater. Actually, no need to admit it as we all know that is exactly the case.

Must get you kicked from the group

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

You're a conspiracy theorist and idiot, Bonzo03, who makes things up. Firstly I don't belong to any "group" and have no intention of joining any group. Secondly I would only contemplate buying BEN shares if the BEN Ichimoku chart turned bullish. Currently it's strongly bearish.
I don't want to read your nonsense anymore so I've filtered you. I notice you only joined advfn in July of this year so I suspect you post under more than one name.

Pap there is something called a contrary investor who does the opposite of the herd
a chap called Warren Buffett once said that it is wise for investors to be “fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful.”1 This statement is somewhat of a contrarian view on stock markets and relates directly to the price of an asset: when others are greedy, prices typically boil over, and one should be cautious lest they overpay for an asset that subsequently leads to anemic returns. When others are fearful, it may present a good value investment opportunity.

Bit like horses if I fancy a 100/1 shot I have a £2 each way and if its less than 10/1 only a £1 each way its all about risks and rewards and not over trading

This is the way

If you buy & sell shares, Bonzo03, you are also including yourself as "scum".
Personally I only hold 2 shares, MILA & EST. Unfortunately I didn't sell my MILA shares when the "herd" started selling! Doh!

Edit: purchaseatthetop, unfortunately for him, didn't sell his ENET shares when the "herd" started to sell. Doh!

As this chart shows, seagreen, you make money following the "herd". Buy when they are buying and sell when they start selling! The same advice applies to ENET & MILA as well as to BEN.

His average is around 50p but the really sad part is him getting family to buy at 90p plus.
