No Shirley. In this instance they don't work it out like that.

They had about 6 months cash left based on FY 2017 end cash levels.

Cash and cash equivalents at end of year 2.68m

LW425 you forgot to mentionNet cash of $2.7 million (2016: $3.1 million.So using 400k per year. We have about 5 years left at this rate. No need for funds

It would probably be in the favour of JV partner to have something in place before feasibility study ,thing is more often than not a company has to come on board at these levels to provide the financial backing it's a positive for bzm and whoever the JV is with because if you can't get it out the ground it don't matter how mach of the commodity you have it's worth zero

So in summary they should be out of cash any time now.

A large discounted placement seems highly probable.

They owe 20m to the largest shareholder.

Management never seem to buy any shares, even at much lower levels.


I ask does the equity have any value?

I agree Shirley, this could rise significantly,market makers are struggling for stock , with not much selling there is only one way this can go to create a market , I think it may well open above 1.1 tomorrow

These talks take time. Don't expect an RNS tomorrow unless there is a big rise then they maybe have say something. This will move forward as people realise the potential

5p would be smashed on such news , timescales on development and the infrastructure at their disposal would make this the next solg ,some might even say it has more potential, stuff of dreams huh, but that's the rumour around the city today

Rumour is GLENCORE are in for 40 percent equity ,that's why it's flying apprantly ratification was the stumbling block on the deal ,now it's been approved ,we could see significant buying pressure , extremely well bid for into close.
