F knows! I sold Solg at 5p!! Now 40's sliced here at 3p free run with small amount feel s/ck if these fly again half says buy back! Confused here! Made 20k! Have I kissed goodbye £200k stil at least I'm up! But thinking is this the one🤔 Gla!

Many an eye will be peeled on this! Set a buy in price, let's see if it triggers. Going with heart here, something just feels right looking at the plans and what the geologists are saying.

It's major shareholder Hudson Global Group Limited (previously China Sonangol International (S) Pte Ltd)holds 62.4% of the shares. It got clearance from the Takeover Panel to increase its holding to this level and could at anytime just bid 0.0038p for the remaining shares (the last placing price). Also,Hudson Global Group Limited have secured loans of approx $15m and is in complete control of Bellzone's destiny. The balance sheet, will need re-financing, as it is currently has negative tangible assets. If the project is going to go ahead, where do you think the monies coming from? Hudson has control of the assets and knows the equity is worth very little. IMHO if it does an equity raise, current shareholders will be diluted out of existence! Or it could tender for the shares it doesn't have and shareholders would have to except, cos without them it would go pop. It nearly did this back in 2014, but decide not. The price of the shares then was 3p and the directors said then it would be below this price if an offer was made. Then the company had no debt and half as many shares. It's your choice, but be very careful

I'm looking at the fundamentals! It's not a ramp, I'm purely sharing information I have found. I don't invest here yet. By the size if the free float I don't think there is a chance if investing anyway until they dilute and offer more shares. Seems to be a mates rates closed shop. I'm in a little company called bushveld, you may have heard of them! But thanks for your opinion smithless, appreciated.

matthew1873 - you bad boy you, this is just a total ramp!! taken from LSE BB. Look at the history of Bellzone. Then look at the balance sheet. To get the project into production could cost hundreds of millions of $. We don't even know what conditions the Guinean government will impose on them. The spike on Thu & Fri was a squeeze and virtually nothing to do with fundamentals. I would wait until the dust settles and you have a clearer picture of what is going on.

It appears the Guinean government is taking its stake in the company and a TR1 is expected sometime next week. Would explain the rises so fast. Substantial re-rate after suspension I would expect. 5th largest mine in the world, fully funded also. Why cant I ever find these stocks?? Fat chance of buying on Monday at sub 3p but here's hoping.

letmepass - I like your style if true, but I think anyone with any sense is taking the cash, because in reality the news on Thursday doesn't justify anywhere near this spike. £35m mkt cap and has over £11m of secured debt (with more to coem)so EV of £46m, for what? Happy to make money, but moved on!
