17/8/2021 10:09 | Been tipped by a trading site | davr0s
17/8/2021 09:03 | About £75k worth of shares traded so far today. | maddox
17/8/2021 08:49 | It does seem to be a rather more than a delayed reaction to the tu and an in line with expectations statement. | husbod
17/8/2021 08:23 | "Corporate activity" is not just confined to a takeover bid ! | masurenguy
17/8/2021 08:08 | Frankly, that's very unlikely without the key holders backing it and I doubt that that is the case. The free float is small and thus any FI looking to take a viable holding is going to move the share price | maddox
17/8/2021 07:29 | The breakout north continues today with Buys @140p early in this morning's session. We are a week past the recent trading update where they stated that they expected to "announce results in line with market expectations" which are due next month. Edit 9.05: Shareprice is now up by 26% so far this month - could there be some corporate activity in the pipeline ! 🙂 | masurenguy
16/8/2021 18:04 | No idea - it's breaking out and the (perceived) reason is irrelevant to me | davr0s
16/8/2021 15:53 | Delayed response to in-line tu and the Proximity Cloud proposition which I expect will have a lot of appeal to FIs. | maddox
16/8/2021 15:40 | Yep a surprisingly good day given the general market and for no apparent reason. | husbod
16/8/2021 12:08 | A 6% rise this morning, to a 3 year high, on a comparatively modest trading volume. | masurenguy
10/8/2021 09:28 | Yes, too many. There can be no problem in re-publishing information that is by-definition 'known to the market'. It would be particularly helpful for PIs. I bring this up with firm's management at every opportunity. | maddox
10/8/2021 09:16 | Unfortunately that kind of ambiguous statement is expressed by so many quoted companies ! | masurenguy
10/8/2021 09:05 | Whilst, good to know: 'The Group has experienced good levels of trading in the second half of the year, notwithstanding the ongoing impact of Covid-19, and expects to announce results in line with market expectations, delivering growth in both revenue and Underlying EBITDA on the prior year.' However, why not state what they recognise to be the 'market expectations' as some firms do? | maddox
10/8/2021 06:19 | Good update ! Trading Update The Group has experienced good levels of trading in the second half of the year, notwithstanding the ongoing impact of Covid-19, and expects to announce results in line with market expectations, delivering growth in both revenue and Underlying EBITDA on the prior year. The Group has continued to successfully expand its relationships with existing Tier 1 customers in the second half and has a growing pipeline of opportunities. With an expanded, differentiated offering, growing sales network and increased sales pipeline, the Board remains confident in the Group's ability to capitalise on the growing demand for cloud computing and connectivity from financial services organisations and the ongoing success of Beeks. The Company looks forward to providing a further update at the time of the Final Results, to be released in mid-September. Launch of Proximity Cloud Developed over the prior year and with the support of the proceeds from the fundraise in April 2021, Proximity Cloud has launched today with multiple client Proof of Concepts commencing. Proximity Cloud is a high-performance, dedicated and client-owned trading environment, fully optimised for low latency trading conditions and built with security and compliance at the forefront. Being hosted and managed on a client site, as opposed to within a Beeks facility, this new offering addresses a significant part of the market that was previously unavailable to the Company. | masurenguy
06/8/2021 19:08 | Bump and run reversal | dunns_river_falls
05/8/2021 18:39 | I'm not getting into an argument on this as I've got better things to do. Just expressed my opinion | davr0s
05/8/2021 07:12 | Really - there was just one trade of 10,000 and the rest were 5,000 or less. Do you think institutions really buy in such very small volumes! | masurenguy
04/8/2021 18:12 | Yeah but you're include the placing. Just look at the ADVFN volume chart over a sensible timeframe. There were block trades going thru today with a rising price. That's institutions buying | davr0s
04/8/2021 15:31 | Today's volume of 63k was actually 9% below the average daily volume of 69.4k over the last 6 weeks. | masurenguy
04/8/2021 15:01 | 60k shares by 2pm is pretty healthy volume - well above average | davr0s
04/8/2021 13:25 | BKS can move on quite small volumes. Up 6% today on 18 trades and a volume of just 60,000 shares. | masurenguy
26/7/2021 13:51 | I got out at 115p back in February, watching with interest. Richly valued but a transformational update could support and de-risk it. | cordwainer
20/7/2021 08:22 | update inmminent last time on 23 july | ali47fish
25/6/2021 17:40 | McArthurs sale represents only 2.8% of his total shareholding in the company and he still retains a holding of 46.9%. That sale is hardly sinister nor does it constitute any vote of no confidence either ! | masurenguy |
