Net revenue growth of over 155 per cent to £8.4million (2016: £3.3 million)

Very strong organic growth at agenda21 and MMT Digital ('MMT'), including a high volume of new business wins



See that MMT Digital have just launched new websites for the Financial Reporting Council on Aug 30th and on Sept 4th one for Gowling WLG (a international law firm with more than 1,400 legal professionals serving clients in 19 cities worldwide).

The Group's net revenue grew by 155 percent to £8.4 million (H1 2016: £3.3 million) as a result of the impact of a full six months' contribution from MMT and Kameleon, four months' contribution from Freemavens, which was acquired in February 2017 and recent new business wins.

From WPP's recent results:

United Kingdom like-for-like revenue, was up 5.8% in the second quarter, the strongest performing region, and a significant improvement on the first quarter growth of 3.2%, as the Group's advertising and media investment management, branding & identity and digital, eCommerce and shopper marketing businesses improved over the first quarter.

From recent update:


The Group's net revenue grew by 155 percent to £8.4 million (H1 2016: £3.3 million) as a result of the impact of a full six months' contribution from MMT and Kameleon, four months' contribution from Freemavens, which was acquired in February 2017 and recent new business wins.



Net revenue at MMT and agenda21 rose by an encouraging 44 per cent and 21 per cent respectively including additional business from existing clients and significant new client wins. The scale of new business success at MMT called for investment in additional employees and facilities ahead of plan, leading to an increase in costs to support future contracted work.

'In the year to 31 December 2016, MMT generated profit before taxation of £700k.'

i took a small position here yesterday on the back of intitutional share holders and watching a few interviews and the potential growth story.

Impressive billings offset by quite significant liabilities for the earnouts. At this price they'd be giving 50% of the company away so there's some incentive to get the share price up.

The recent price fall looks to be caused by the impact of the election which stalled a few customers. Good to see these starting again so second half should be worth the wait
