They said for acquisitions after the next,"assuming appropriate levels of shareholder support". Hard to read that as anything other than placings, which would be fair enough.
But to say no more placings seems to be contrary to that.

The company did that some months ago and raised 8 million GBP and now they have said no more placings will be needed as the company has now set up its core marketing platform. They will be adding at least four more best in class agencies to enhance the business offering.

At admission they made it very clear their model would involve substantial dilution to build the company. It was built into their plan.

Looking at ' more ambitious targets ' in due course. Has to be ' modest ' for now. With no placing for that one.

My thoughts are raising the money may prove harder than originally envisaged. And when and if they prove themselves lenders may think again.

So placings down the line, all being well, but not unusual to build a company.

Those integration costs are just one off charges. Without them the firm would have been profitable.

Well that is what the company said....no need for a future placing as they have 8 million banked in cash and the business has since turned cash positive after all the integration costs of two acquisitions to merge the businesses to form a core marketing platform completed.

So the costs of setting up a top class marketing firm has been paid...the turnover was impressive @ 13 million....with a 20 % margin on net revenue.

Very impressive management --- the company incurred quite steep costs integrating the new businesses. But going forward the company will turn profitable.

Turnover was far better than expected @ 13 million.
