Enough cash to buy 44m shares (10% buy back) and give the rest as a special dividend...;-)

Great set of results, BVC isn't just a Covid one trick pony. Share buyback real positive with Zvis circa 22% of stock less for market manipulation, just like to know if 10% buyback shares will be cancelled?

Very comprehensive set of results.Initial thoughts - NFV revenue not yet kicked in, but should start in 2022 which much higher margins. Split was much higher than I remember.Growth in all areas. Massive cash balance.

"Looking ahead, we entered the new year with sustained momentum across the business and we remain on track to deliver significant growth for full year 2022, in line with market expectations. We have established solid foundations in core technologies that are now at an inflexion point of becoming market disrupters. We will continue to cultivate growth and development across our business as well as pursue opportunities to accelerate the realisation of the value of the IP within our different units through strategic transactions. We have an exciting future ahead of us and we look forward to reporting on our progress and delivering value for our shareholders. "

Ironically the share price move will put BVC on the radar for top movers and may well highlight the WTF factor ! which in turn may signal how oversold these are.
Its worth mentioning that in times like this BATM has usually been regarded as a defensive stock due to it being well funded and not needing to go to the market to advance its offerings so to speak.

I have been buying as many as my nerves could handle since Monday, as I mentioned earlier we just need to mop up the forced sellers.

With the huge influx of cyber attacks and companies "still" maintaining inadequate security on semi open platforms .... Celare phones must be ringing off the hook.
Marom indicated in one of the recent interviews that he expected cyber to grow significantly. They then intend to sell this off whilst maintaining the critical bits they need for NVF bundling.
Looks like another opportune move especially with the introduction of network edge solutions.

From twitter. Celare Cyber Guard. This solution is available bundled with Edgility.
The advantage Edgility has IMO is its flexibility and the ability to bolt on extra features from a suite of products. Plus its seamless with Intel and ARM platforms.

Good article from "bluerill" next door as they say. Re posted here as it sums the buy back situation well and the effect it ought to have.

......."All it means, parsnip, is that, after the company gets official permission to do the buyback from the shareholder vote in March, their agent will go in the market more or less every day as a buyer of BVC shares. The rules on such activity are quite strict as per the percentage of daily volume the Company is allowed to buy and of course the price (ie, in effect, they can't go in to buy 500k shares at 75p when the shares are trading 100k shares a day and closed the previous day at 50p). In other words, the restrictions are there so that the Company cannot be seen to unduly influence the price. Rather, the price appreciation should primarily come from other investor/traders - ie., 'the market' - now knowing the Company sees its shares as so undervalued that investing some of its free cash in them is seen as a providing a return on that cash equivalent or even better than alternative investment opportunities. Further of course, going into the market to buy shares is immediately less risky for other market participants as they can be assured that from now on, a deep-pocketed, large-scale buyer who knows BVC's prospects better than any outside investor possibly could, will every day until the 45m shares are bought, be in the market cushioning any potential selling pressure. By the end of the buyback, Parsnip, the Company will have 45m fewer shares in circulation. I haven't noticed if the Company has declared they will be 'cancelled'. If so, then BVC's valuation measurements, like most prominently its price/earnings ratio, will look commensurately better, furthering the share's attractiveness to future investors."......

Added Comment. It bears (no pun intended) mentioning that BATM on TASE is included in the various indices and will be included in additional ones as the market cap increases. This is a smaller market granted but there are US investors on TASE. Its not insignificant and UK shares do not have TASE index inclusion so you have to take the TASE index holding factor off the UK indices total which further reduces the impact. Its honestly looking like a short term minor effect but admittedly it is there and we have to mop up those shares.

Finally tracked down dividend payment from January. I paid @15% withholding tax FWIW. The share buy back is just so much tidier and it would be opportune if they can get that away whilst the share price is deflated. If you consider the company is trading at half price then the 10% buyback is like an automatic top up so arguably worth double that to investors.

Fill yer boots. Current anxiety provides a good opportunity to get back in. The company is obviously confident in outlook given both the trading update and 10% buyback.

These nationality issues are red herrings. Passive funds will not be big holders of such a micro cap. This is a company that will (and has) reward(ed) the active investor

I wonder which other company is in the same boat as BATM with regards to the nationality issue and how their share price is being affected, any clues anyone?
