10/6/2019 22:34 | Looks to me as if there is a persistent large seller in there and when you combine that with what was a very low volume environment the share price goes for a ride. BATM Telco have increased their revenue and have already reported as much. A lot of these new initiatives and collaborations are starting to trickle revenue and they have all been developed in house with no dilution to shareholders. SP movements really do not reflect what is going on or what has been achieved. Here you go....check it out ! Interview on the clavister partnership. [...] | ![]() fse
10/6/2019 20:51 | I'm focusing on the joint marketing element of this partnership, This was not a full RNS. Contracts will follow. My glass is half full | ![]() zipstuck
10/6/2019 16:47 | I agree with Cumnor. BATM has had a tradition of announcing collaborations, POCs etc. Its time for all this R&D to start paying off. We need to hear about significant new orders that prove the products will make money and the business will grow. A very frustrating company which looked as if it was on the way up. Hopefully some orders will be announced in the next few days | ![]() car1pet

10/6/2019 14:48 | More NFVTime success now with Clavister Cyber security solutions. D Link and Kaspersky have links with them. From Clavister web site " Through the partnership with Telco Systems, Clavister’s virtualized cybersecurity platform will run on top of the OS of Telco Systems’ NFVTime solution" | ![]() fse
10/6/2019 14:36 | By the size and timing of the sell trades I believe it's just 1 or maybe 2 sellers, not sure if we should expect a holdings RNS, by the way fat finger previous I think 44p might make a bottom. | ![]() gbenson1

10/6/2019 14:31 | ''the seller''......? Is it someone in particular ? one party ? | ![]() emeraldzebra
10/6/2019 13:53 | This larger than average selling has been going on since we spiked to 54p in late April, historically we've fallen to 47-48 then bounced back, but not this time. Not sure if its 3 or 4 good RNS have been ignored by the market, but the seller still continues, smaller investors are getting nervous so follow suit, personally I dont think we'll go any lower than 42 ??. | ![]() gbenson1
10/6/2019 13:45 | Contracts or money, and nice as they are not mutterings about new 'collaborations' are what fed up investors want to see from Zvi. A few have decided this am they have had enough of more of the same. | ![]() cumnor
10/6/2019 13:41 | I don't understand the market's reaction to the positive RNS. Anyone got an idea? | ![]() freddievas

10/6/2019 07:34 | BATM Advanced Communications Ld BATM Cyber Security Partnership with Clavister 10/06/2019 7:00am RNS Non-Regulatory BATM enters new markets with Clavister virtual networking partnership Virtualised cybersecurity application expands NFVTime addressable market to industrial IoT and automotive computing, marking further progress under strategic agreement with Arm BATM (LSE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that Telco Systems, a wholly-owned high-end software development and design business within the Group's Networking & Cyber division, has entered into a strategic technology partnership with Clavister, a leader in high-performance cybersecurity solutions, to run its virtualised platform optimised for Arm-based infrastructure on the Group's NFVTime solution. This represents the latest milestone in delivery under the Group's agreement with Arm to develop a full ecosystem of virtual network function ("VNF") services that are optimised to run on Arm's architecture and to be used by Arm partners. In addition, this partnership expands the target market for the NFVTime offering to the industrial internet of things (IoT) and automotive computing sectors where Clavister has an established position. As part of the partnership, Clavister's virtualised cybersecurity platform will be available as a VNF service running on the operating system of the Group's NFVTime solution that can turn any commercial off-the-shelf x86 (Intel) or Arm-based hardware device into a fully operational virtual networking device. Telco Systems and Clavister will also market the joint offering, initially targeting Tier 1 telecommunications providers that have committed to a network virtualisation strategy and require Arm-ready security solutions. Dr Zvi Marom, CEO of BATM, said: "This partnership enriches our telecoms network virtualisation offering with the addition of Clavister's high-performance cybersecurity solutions. It represents a further milestone under our agreement with Arm to develop a full ecosystem of VNFs that are optimised to run on Arm's architecture. It also extends our reach into the industrial IoT and automotive computing sectors, which are important growth markets for network virtualisation. We look forward to working with Clavister and Arm on this joint offering and to continuing to expand our broad portfolio of VNFs available on our NFVTime solution." John Vestberg, CEO at Clavister, added: "We're very happy to join this fantastic partnership, which forms an important element of our growth strategy to work with all our technology alliance partners to their maximum potential. Clavister's Arm-based security platform will be embedded in the heart of virtualisation, IoT and automotive solutions, while partnering with Telco Systems will further strengthen our ability to execute our growth strategy in the telco sector." Kevin Ryan, Senior Director of Software Ecosystem Development, Infrastructure Line of Business at Arm, commented: "We are continuing to develop, expand, and diversify the application ecosystem for Arm Neoverse(TM) platforms through collaborations with solution providers like Clavister. By working with Clavister to provide a virtualised security platform optimised for Arm-based infrastructure solutions, we enable a compelling option for fortifying cloud and networking platforms." | ![]() reeltime

03/6/2019 17:07 | A reminder ! Arm Holdings, the British chip designer that SoftBank acquired in 2016, is partnering with telecom network technology company Telco Systems to develop new networking infrastructure products based on Arm architecture, Telco announced Wednesday. As part of the partnership, Arm will set up labs at Telco's Israeli offices, where most of Telco’s research and development activity takes place, said Telco CEO Ariel Efrati in a Wednesday interview with Calcalist. Arm will also be making a strategic investment of $3 million to $4 million in Telco, he added. Telco, dually-headquartered in Mansfield, Massachusetts and northern Israeli town Yokneam, is a subsidiary of London-listed BATM Advanced Communications Ltd., an Israeli telecommunication company. Telco’s clientele includes Verizon and multinational broadband and telecommunication provider Telefónica S.A. | ![]() fse
