I'm still a holder , unfortunately, and don't bother following the stock but just thought I'd look today. So since the new CEO took over in January after a brief rise to 32 in early January (new CEO bounce I guess)its been a steady downward track apart from a small rise in April. An experienced CEO would have turned this little company around in 6 months. I've not seen any comments from Lombard Odier. They must have given up like me and used the losses to offset profits elsewhere and hope that someone will come along and buy the company. The problem is that it has no clear business strategy so not attractive to a buyer.
Any way I'll let the BATM lovers carry on hoping and posting to this board. I've got better fish to fry.Good luck

Most of the weakness was due to index rebalancing. And Passover.

well, well, well - Echo, whilst you come up with all of these fanciful theories in your short time on this thread, and drop in a few names, on at least 3 occasions in the last 6 months or so, you have said that you think the seller is finished only for the selling to not abate. If i was cynical I would suggest you have an ulterior motive, do you physically own any BATM shares?

sorry benson, very unlikely to be the Company buying back shares. For one thing the CMD and webinar are next week, tuesday and wednesday, and so there is likely to be some news released prior to the Tuesday meeting, making a buyback now inappropriate. However, even if there isn't major news or any updates on Tuesday aren't sufficient to make this technically a 'closed' period, any buyback would be handled by Shore Cap and they are nowhere to be seen the past few days. In the midst of a pretty decent seller (mostly executed through Cantor Fitzgerald, and who seems to be finished finally), there has indeed been a consistent buyer these past few days, but he has been working largely through Stifel.
