17/4/2023 17:26 | Two thirds of that 90 million is cash and property.110 million turnover expected to have double digit growth and profitability in all division. I think this is significantly undervalued and just waiting for the market to take this into account. | ![]() paulisi
17/4/2023 17:23 | We know there are quite a few proof of concepts still going on with Edgility. They have been talking to the other big rival to Cemex for a few months now.Cemex is worth 400k per year, so Edgility could bring in over 1 million in revenue this year and potentially double or treble that next year with a few more similar sized contracts. This is not just licencing, but additional options to purchase other products.Don't forget GP on Edgility is very high - 75% hence why Telco will go into profit and average GP will rise | ![]() paulisi
17/4/2023 17:19 | 95 m market cap, looks overvalued to me 10p fair value | ![]() homeboy
17/4/2023 17:06 | Resistance1 I'm not grumpy or a manic depressive thank you. I'm a realist and any way you look at BATM at the moment its not a stock to invest in. When I first invested in it I believed it had potential. And surprisingly to you I believe it has potential but not with this current management team as I've been saying for years. The one thing that needs to change is the board and the CEO and then I believe the share price will rise and with a new CEO who can articulate a sensible business strategy and employ a competent sales force my view is fair value is 50p | ![]() car1pet
17/4/2023 16:39 | market thinks this is a dud, and it is pittance revenues, that's why they didn't mention any figures, cause it's an embarrassment ador is going nowhere fast and that other division that makes stuff to boil up old chicken carcasses is intermittent and small fry contributions dud | ![]() homeboy
17/4/2023 16:12 | car1pet.... I would have thought the recent year end updated report would have put you at ease on that score. The company is expecting to produce double digit growth in all divisions. OK thats over a weak set of figures for 2022 but the company has expanded its facilities in the medical division fill existing demand... and thats with no contribution yet from ADOR. Remember Telco systems has such a small component of the revenue as they have been keeping the division ticking over so they could develop NFVTime now Edgility. One of the big outs of this is that Telco systems are now moving from loss to holding their own to a slight profit. + its all been developed "in house" with no dilution to share holders. This is new and cumulative revenue flow. As we go forwards there will be revenue from licensing and enabled device sales UCPE. Whilst the market clearly does not want to know about any of this it's also clear that the company is making good progress in what can only be described as horrendous conditions. | ![]() fse
17/4/2023 16:03 | Car1pet your turning into Mr Grumpy or a manic depressive. You've held this long (don't we know it, and are underwater, don't we know it) that you might as well wait this one out for the share price to turn. You had the opportunity to bail at 30-33p and you didn't. You regret that (don't we know it) Now suggest you roll with it and offer some positivity to good news... | ![]() resistance1
17/4/2023 15:54 | Just to put this RNS in perspective - Telco is 20% of the BATM business and this announcement accounts for some additional Telco revenue but not a lot. Even if they gained new customers the product revenue is small so it won't have much impact on BATM revenue /profit. The share price has hardly moved today. I want bigger grander news than this. | ![]() car1pet
17/4/2023 15:07 | Great article FSE, you make clear points and i am pleased you're back on this thread. To eagle eyed investors such as a handful of those on this thread, this news is obviously very exciting and your point about this technology being disruptive is true. Its difficult to wake up the market to such news as i think they lack confidence or are either very short sighted. Big and exciting times ahead. | tradeterminator01
17/4/2023 14:54 | All this talk of coming from a low base ! They are coming from NO base with this its a new disruptive technology. It's also a new revenue stream for them. It's very encouraging to see one of the first adopters Cemex up and running and ahead of time with a more expansive platform. This is really going to be helpful with existing clients under negotiation.Investor Click on "Industries" and then retail.... Retail online sales are severely hampered as many will know by the inability to process orders accurately or fast enough. | ![]() fse
17/4/2023 14:50 | I look forward to those losers such as jackson and clown boy to post their opinions about this positive news. The growth in multiple areas of the business and the Edgility rollout progressing ahead of schedule, reinforces my beliefs in this business. Need the market to wake up and realise what a bargain this stock is right now. Need to install some confidence in this business! | tradeterminator01
17/4/2023 12:47 | Its very well known that an RNS without the mention of money will not help the share price in the short run, but the future looks brighter this morning. | ![]() wizzkid211
17/4/2023 11:51 | Yep not much detail on other sales and what we are looking at in building recurring revenues..but its a bit like with the last results, they are now expecting growth across all divisions..but thats just after they have just drastically cut the guidance ..they are masters of framing things positively ( though that was a struggle last year but they tried to anyway and some fell for it) The Cyber side is the only real positive in terms of new business in a while at that is dependent on one customer..good but spread is better. As for ADOR it is extremely quiet for a business apparently at the cutting edge of diagnostics ..nothing ever happens they, indicated sales for end 2022..doesn’t appear so and now we have moved past Q1 maybe before end 2023 now? ADOR is not the only company in the field , i was looking at ONT jv announcement today..in disruptive technologies it is important to get some traction before someone else disrupts better! | ![]() kooba
17/4/2023 11:23 | It would be interesting to see the numbers and take up other than Cemex and the Fibre deal. How are the intermediaries and other direct sales going? | ![]() paulisi
17/4/2023 10:17 | It's all about the sum of the parts now. GLA LTHers! | ![]() kemche
17/4/2023 09:58 | I would expect with a disruptive technology addressing global markets in a high growth area new contracts not just extensions on existing ones..which are relatively small over the timescales given. The company has talked inflection points a lot over a few years but Cemex was announced Sept 2021 so the company has had a working product on the market for 20 months plus."The Group expects to receive revenue of approximately $2m over a five-year period and anticipates CEMEX utilising over 100,000 monthly licences throughout this period."https://www. | ![]() kooba
17/4/2023 09:08 | What do people expect from a new, disruptive technology, launched into a global pandemic? For it to begin from a HIGH base?!? This is a pretty big deal in my view, for management credibility, the Group's sum-of-the-parts valuation, future growth potential, AND this year's results prospects. | ![]() echoridge
17/4/2023 08:52 | Low base yes but confirmation of commercial traction of this self funded IP tech. Sometimes it is appropriate to celebrate good news for what it is — simply good news. | ![]() resistance1
17/4/2023 08:16 | Well Cemex is worth 2m over 5 years.That is 400k a year and 100k a quarter.This indicates edgility is starting from a very low base | ![]() paulisi
17/4/2023 08:01 | I think you can see it's better than expected | ![]() babbler
17/4/2023 07:44 | We have a statement, at last, but, no numbers and no new business yet, just ahead of schedule on roll out. | ![]() paulisi
17/4/2023 07:35 | As a result, our revenue from Edgility in the first quarter of 2023 almost equalled that generated for the whole of 2022, and we remain on track for significant growth in our sales of Edgility this year." | ![]() doccash
17/4/2023 07:08 | All positive comment but no numbers , revenues although growing strongly they are from a very low base for last year..anyone know Edgility revenues for 2022 as a comparison?Positive though but not going to move the very low reset revenues and profits just yet..be great to see a ahead of expectations at some point now things are kitchen sinked. | ![]() kooba
17/4/2023 07:03 | Alongside this, the Group continues to make excellent progress under its contract with CityFibre, the UK's largest independent carrier-neutral Full Fibre platform, that was signed in October 2022. This includes the customer adopting the Group's latest release of its Edgility platform | ![]() wizzkid211 |
