25/5/2022 18:47 | Invest in a bloody mirror is my advise...you spout so much nonsense and inaccuracies and have the gall to throw stones at a perfectly reasonable hypothesis. "What is wrong with you? Why are you so defensive? your idea is conspiracy-tinged fantasy. get over yourself"Jeez. | ![]() kooba
25/5/2022 18:46 | wow, you sure think highly of yourself, don't you, you puffed up little punk? I never said the short position had gone up, just that ennismore were motivated to trade around it and try and push the share price down occasionally. There are a million ways to do that without having to report it. meantime, I admitted I got Ador wrong. very classy | ![]() echoridge
25/5/2022 18:39 | Shall we talk about the Ador valuation instead or the rising short position that isn't..all fair game a factually provable. | ![]() kooba
25/5/2022 18:36 | And by the way, the Holiday period, including Passover, very likely did delay some buying by the company, which would have been overridden anyway by what is going on now, so stuff your idiotic mocking | ![]() echoridge
25/5/2022 18:34 | What is wrong with you? Why are you so defensive? your idea is conspiracy-tinged fantasy. get over yourself | ![]() echoridge
25/5/2022 18:25 | Argh!!!! I meant your comments about me were objectively not true. The rest of this is getting ridiculous. | ![]() echoridge
25/5/2022 18:23 | Getting warmer...unreal. | ![]() kooba
25/5/2022 18:21 | "Objectively not true" ...what is not true exactly we are talking about potential future events..it's an opinion based on facts and knowledge of the company and its advisors ..i do not rely on making it up with a smattering of wishful thinking. What is objectively no true is that the buyback was delayed due to public holidays in Israel..that has now been proved wrong conclusively. | ![]() kooba
25/5/2022 18:07 | Your manner is not friendly ..you dismiss anything that you do not agree with..its tiresome and you are not the only one with an opinion..thank gawd or we still be waiting for Passover to end! | ![]() kooba
25/5/2022 18:01 | omg kooba, stop. please. I was trying to be friendly with the 'never say never'. There's a couple of months' delay in engaging a share buyback and you're trying to defend the possibility that that hints at some kind of super-rare de-listing transaction? That just doesn't comport in the slightest with how Zvi sees the Company and its public identity, now or any time in the foreseeable future, as much as i would love to go back to the 90s and see them try. If anything, he's looking for more equity outlets, not fewer. | ![]() echoridge
25/5/2022 17:55 | Apart from the only declared short hasn't adjusted their position this year then?Ennismore Fund Management Limited. 0.50% 29 Dec 2021 | ![]() kooba
25/5/2022 17:51 | And to follow-on fee's comment, during this period of 'uncertainty' for the Company and market weakness, it certainly would not be above the ethics of the fund we believe is still short the shares to step in to try and take advantage of those conditions and work a further sell order very badly in order to try and push the share price down further. The aggressive activity in the closing fix is consistent with that theory. | ![]() echoridge
25/5/2022 17:50 | "Never say never"...then next post you say "never going to happen" and discounting the fact that Zvi sits on the board of a company that delisted..and with no basis for the opinion other than you do not like the idea. Don't say my thoughts are just wrong unless you have an iota of back up. | ![]() kooba
25/5/2022 17:36 | I agree that we can rule out any profit warning as they have already announced a set of record breaking results and very positive guidance for this year. As they are not due to report for some time .... so it's not that IMO There is all the background grief in the markets with the war but by virtue of what they are involved with and the level of cash the company has they ought to be a somewhat defensive stock. Cyber/Edge computing/new age diagnostics/sterile waste disposal/insect protein These are "all" as Zvi pointed out in high growth sectors. Concerns over Israeli companies is hardly appropriate to BATM as whilst the R&D is a major factor in Israeli staffing. Product development and marketing is in Europe and the US. Its possible that Zvi will retire at some point but in recent interviews he planned to be around for a while but reassured investors that the company was in good hands when that day came. So nothing there. This all leaves us with the share price being flattened by a series of unrelated concerns that have nothing to do with the running of the company. this whole affair share price slide has been exacerbated by news of the buyback passed at an EGM, followed by no buy back at low levels which would be seen as opportune. Ergo it leaves us with IMO 2 possibilities. Most likely (especially as we have not had any news or feedback from BATM recently) as echo suggests. BATM are aware of news that could have a material effect on the company outlook. This would delay any buy back. So we have a situation that no one wants to start taking up any position with these unknowns. This would apply to institutional and private investors. Markets as we all very well know hate uncertainty. | ![]() fse
25/5/2022 17:34 | Kooba, no. Just never gonna happen and the shore cap example makes 0 difference | ![]() echoridge
25/5/2022 17:32 | Shore capital was trading very healthily just didn't want listing as had sufficient funds to take it forward and considered the market undervalued the company ..Zvi of course was on the board of Shore Capital at the time when they decided to delist..must have looked closely at the pros and cons..so not a rare event for listed companies he's on the board of i guess!! | ![]() kooba
25/5/2022 17:31 | Never say never I suppose, but really very very unlikely to be any more than what I've described | ![]() echoridge
25/5/2022 17:26 | we have a healthy company which has delayed a share buyback for a couple of months. you just don't get to an incredibly rare outcome from that base. its just fanciful | ![]() echoridge
25/5/2022 17:24 | Why do you say "never going to happen" ..on what basis exactly? | ![]() kooba
25/5/2022 17:19 | none of those latter possibilities are ever going to happen, kooba. your imagination is a touch too active there... | ![]() echoridge
25/5/2022 16:59 | There was this interview with Zvi Marom exactly 3 months ago. What has changed in that short period that would change the outlook for the company. February 28th 2022 | ![]() fse |
