29/11/2018 16:12 | Well we can’t complain they have not kept us informed. Still trolling over the presentation. Couple of initial observations. BATM is now a much larger and expansive operation than it used to be with most of the divisions starting to introduce saleable products ie we have moved on from earlier R&D to active sales. Telco has an exciting future with NFVTime which looks like they have an edge on the competition. Be interesting to what reaction we get from analysts attending the event. Caveat remains that BATM are working in new age disruptive technology and serious revenue growth is still a little way out but the value of their IP is being demonstrated and that should underpin the SP | ![]() fse

29/11/2018 09:37 | BATM AGM 2018 After the formalities we aske Zvi to give us a snapshot of the presentation they will make to the Analysts on the 29th. They will also put the full presentation on their website after that event. This is therefore my snapshot of his overview They are working extensively with ARM using the BATM software-virtual network function (VNF) in the process towards 5G. This will not generate revenue until 2019. The key comment for me in this regard was “this is the beginning of the beginning”.Int Cyber security contracts-he is confident more such contracts will follow He spent more time on the Diagnostics this year. There has been an evolution from electricity diagnostics-ECG; EEG etc to chemistry -the evolution of antibiotics and now they are developing in vitro diagnostics-41 patents-which is a new way to analyse diseases; they; it is disruptive tech and they are moving from R&D to production ( Zvi is a qualified MD) The focus is on sets of tests-a “screen” of 5 tests for people entering a hospital environment; 12 tests set for those returning from overseas with ? tropical diseases incl TB. The machines to do these tests are being ramped up from 10 to 75 to 500. Results are rapid-15 minutes! In this sector the money is made from the test kits -not the machines. They are also looking at infectious diseases and their impact in transplant units where patients are very vulnerable to infections. In the disposal of pathogenic waste the bovine and poultry machines have been undergoing extensive trialling to ensure maximum reliability and are now ready to sell internationally. The mobile unit is still undergoing testing. I hold PTP is projected from $1.6m to $3.2m to $5.3m -Shore Capital Full presentation should be on their site tonight | ![]() gerihatrick

28/11/2018 17:34 | My data came from Barclays stockbrokers. You are right Vago, Henderson was a holder - did they have 103m? My memory which isn't great was that a couple of years ago Henderson had around 20m which I guess has gone to Lombard and Herald. If they had 100m I'm sure I'd remember them selling. I used to discuss BATM with one of the Henderson analysts and he was always positive that BATM price would rise which is why I never sold - looks like he was right. | ![]() car1pet
28/11/2018 16:13 | The good Doctor now has over 100 m. What happened to Henderson Global, I don't remember them selling 103m Vago. | ![]() vago

28/11/2018 09:05 | Dear me,not the 3 trade game playing MM's nonsense that seems to appear on most boards, well it was only a matter of time before it tuned up here. | ![]() mr hangman
28/11/2018 08:34 | Not heard the 3 explanation before. I hope you are right. I thought a small number like 1-5 was used to set the spread if there are no trades in the orders pipeline | ![]() car1pet

26/11/2018 14:43 | It’s not outside the realm of possibility that BATM would get out of the Telco business but remember that they paid a lot of money for Telco systems many years ago so I doubt they would let it go for anything less than the 100p range. I am not aware of any takeover either but it has been considered in the past but never kneEw the offer or the details. | ![]() fse
26/11/2018 14:39 | Thanks car1pet, what I was going to mention is that 61%+ of shares are with institutions so there aren't many for pi's, hence the Sp moves as their is little stock with mms. | ![]() gbenson1
