The creditors you would expect to vote for it.

How they've presented the numbers, they've cooked it.

65% in value (relative to the issued ordinary shares) voted against the scheme; is the main take way fact.

So, it's pretty clear that the other major shareholders all voted against it.

The only recourse is for them to object through the courts now.

You should get a letter in December to answer your question, either direct if you hold paper, or from your broker's corporate actions dept., if held in nominee a/c, assuming your shares were on the register at the qualifying date:

Sorry to ask a silly question but what do ordinary existing shareholders like ourselves do now? In ten years time do we just hope we get something sent to us should there be a profit or is there a way we can be listed with the new company for the 5 percent profit share assuming there is one of course.

With the future of SEL 1/11 all but now in the hands of Vevan and one of Ireland’s wealthiest individuals in LG, it should certainly be interesting to read the content of the development plans due late November, hopefully there will be some reward for the long suffering BEY shareholders, plus it’s now an interesting dynamic for Lansdowne to get their heads around,..GL S
