Looks like a sell to me, as does the 16 million 5 minutes later. Works every time, hype the share up, IIs & HNYs forward sell some to PIs, placing to IIs & HNYs, IIs & HNYs sell the placing overhang to PIs. Rinse and repeat. Other explanations are available but anyone with deep pockets could have got in at 0.12 p recently so why buy now on the open market at a higher price?
