Based on the 0.13p price and the 19,000,000,000 shares that will now be in issue are all the twitter rampers happy to justify the current 25,000,000 valuation

It will be half the current share price in a couple of weeks. The ramping crew will move onto something else

Twitter is rife tonight with people claiming to have thrown their money in to this (one saying 100k)...is it not blatantly obvious to investors that the spike was purely to get the fund raise done.Nothing more, nothing less - and down it will go in the next few weeks.

Yet another bargepole microcap which only seems to enrich the BOD. Years upon years of serial disappointment and failure, soaking up these thick punters, ahem, investors hopes and dreams like an infection.

AIM is a rigged market, best avoided unless you are one of the City of London barrow boys or one of those placees 'in the know' or can time trading the spikes. This placing and the warrants were forward sold during the recent spike, remember and note the pumpers, many would have been selling down knowing they can get shares back later at a huge discount, over 50% down from the spike. Companies such as Baron have been doing it year after year. Rinse and repeat. Note also the use of proceeds:

"It is proposed that approximately 45% of the net proceeds of the Placing and Subscription will be applied towards covering the Company's general and administrative expenses."

AKA Keep the lights on to fund another jam tomorrow lifestyle company, this placing doesn't even cover any drills, even on a part funded basis, which means they have to give more interest away to tempt someone that has the funds to drill.

Spike. Raise. Rinse. Repeat. It's the boiler room aim way. But hey, these guys have to earn a living.

Retail PI's screwed again on AIM, a prolonged pump and dump on not much at all to allow forward selling, exercise the Warrants to get them out of the way then a heavily discounted placing to those in the know. Rinse and repeat. Come back in a year or two with this one, more shares than revenue in pence.
