19/8/2017 10:20 | Probably a blip because there has been no buying to support the rise. | nlmbidc
18/8/2017 16:41 | "Wonder if I'll be pleasantly surprised?" No, it is just another blip that won't be sustained. | az209
18/8/2017 10:54 | Hello, what's going on here then? Could it be the start of the potential upside alluded to by phoebusav or is it (more likely) yet another false dawn and the bid price will be back down to 0.30p by early next week. This current management have been pretty ineffective up till now. They have a lot to do to inspire any confidence at all in shareholders, who have all but given up the ghost, that they can get this company back on track. I've written off my investment in BOIL. Wonder if I'll be pleasantly surprised? | tommo41
18/8/2017 07:47 | And both lost money as have we... | nlmbidc
18/8/2017 07:00 | Moore & Bell hold a lot of shares unlike the current CEO | peruoil
17/8/2017 22:57 | The third will be Malcolm Butler. Trouble is most long term shareholders now have their eyes closed. | nlmbidc
17/8/2017 22:55 | Actually only two CEO's have increased the share price Garry Moore and John Bell. | nlmbidc
17/8/2017 22:52 | Wrong. We made the right choice with the CEO. By the way did you actually vote for the CEO or are you just sniping from the sidelines? | nlmbidc
16/8/2017 09:14 | Quite obviously made the wrong choice again on the CEO | 2admiral
15/8/2017 21:20 | Heads Up on MATD MATD HUGE news today, Fallen from 32p when Bergen deal was announced and now NO MORE DILUTION till Mid Oct.. .MASSIVE upside with 2 Billion barrel prize Drilling next month! Back to 30p levels soon. | timw3
15/8/2017 20:30 | If you are looking in, this lingering death is called karma. 81. | charlie81
15/8/2017 07:14 | Does this company have a competent Chief Exec Officer?, who is leading the ship?. Where is the plan, what have we achieved since 2016?. A big fat zero. In the meantime the limited cash resource gets drained away when we should be utilising what cash there is and moving forward. I think we need to remove this one yet again unless I see something credible here by next month. PO | peruoil
14/8/2017 10:35 | probably be the same for Asia at this rate! are you there ceo Butler? | pembury
10/8/2017 17:33 | Phoebusav I am doubting your credibility old boy and seem to have struck a chord. It is time the company performed. Simple as. Ps that is a short simple statement of fact | chinadog3
10/8/2017 16:55 | Instead of countering with a sensible argument and actual figures you resort to repeatedly talking shyte, which undermines your credibility. Perhaps you're the agent and you've not bought all the shares you want at this price. If you've nothing intelligent to say why don't you keep it to yourself. | phoebusav
10/8/2017 16:18 | Phoebusav that penultimate post sounds like the chorus to your song | chinadog3
10/8/2017 09:34 | Moreover, there won't be the liquidity to get in quick in any size, unless you want to drive the price much higher as you do so. More of a slow accumulate while the share price obliges. Folks who want to accumulate would hope the share price stays low. | phoebusav
10/8/2017 09:25 | China, I'm not singing a song, just looking at the facts. Perhaps LTH are too busy lamenting to see the opportunity in front of them, which is understandable. Why buy now? share price is at net current assets per share and things appear to be coming to a head with Z-34 payment overdue, Asia project signing and possibilities with XXI. | phoebusav
10/8/2017 09:07 | This is a crucial 4-6 weeks for Boil. Can the board finally deliver something decent on z34, xx1 and Asia?. | pembury
09/8/2017 22:42 | Phoebusav like I said you sing a good song but ruined it a tad with the get in quick before it takes off hint. Pembroke is right in what he says as am I in wanting a hard sale (development) rather then hot prospects | chinadog3
09/8/2017 19:08 | how comes eme can get quick and half decent deals in Asia then and Boil can't after nearly a year of trying? Sundagas are not delivering despite Boil's backing for a year!. do we get our money back from the nephew if they fail after a year?, the initial deal was for 6 months and still f all after twice that timeframe approaching fast. phoeb. I see you haven't mentioned the Boil board in your overview of the company and it's assets, potential is one thing realising it is another matter which lies with the management sadly in our case. the total asset base was acquired by Gary Moore in 2004 (xx1) and 2005 (z34). still not drilled xx1 with seismic completed over two years ago or offshore z34 with seismics completed years ago also. | pembury
09/8/2017 17:35 | You should have hope Tommo. If any of these catalysts trigger BOIL will do very well. If the SE Asia deal is signed or Z-34 is farmed out BOIL should be one of the star performers of 2017. Given the illiquidty of the stock and the fact it's so bombed out, folks will find it almost impossible to buy in size once news breaks, so it's advisable to accumulate beforehand. That said, buying in size anywhere under 0.40p is next to impossible and it would take some time to build a decent position. A few £Ks worth of buying would see this hit 0.5p in a flash. | phoebusav
09/8/2017 17:26 | Thanks, I've just done at lot of research across the whole sector and this appears to be one of the best opportunites at present. While an 'event' is required to unlock the value here unlike some of the other opportunities in the sector, the upside is commensurately bigger. Given that news could come on several fronts, the odds of a major transformation here look very good, and the case is particularly compelling with the shares priced at net current assets per share. | phoebusav |
