' share price had been looking like it was limbering up to become useful, even closing marginally above our 217p level trigger price.

Unfortunately, the intrusion of a UK General Election effectively kyboshed any immediate hope, the share being consigned to a parking orbit until such time we know the winner.

We still suspect the share price shall enter a recovery phase. At present, it looks like share price closure above 217p shall prove significant, kicking off a cycle to an initial 236p with our secondary, if bettered, at 251p and almost certain hesitation. But, overall, the potential of a visit to a longer-term 290p makes a lot of visual sense.

Our converse scenario, should things opt to go wrong, is that below 197p risks triggering reversals to an initial 189p with our secondary, if broken, calculating at 177p and a visual potential for a bounce.

Go anywhere in the UK there is decline. Even in wealthy areas, they are obviously better but still there is a feeling of just hanging on. Combined with the previous Labour government this Tory bunch have continued it. All Sunak had to do was stop the boats. The public were telling him how to do it for months and years. Our wishes were clear. He did nothing. Our country is ruined. Violence is around every corner, we do not know who is here. It does not feel like home for many of its legitimate citizens, just a long list of things we must do to try to live happily. And Britain is not a happy or content country anymore. This government has managed to make it less welcoming to its own citizens than to just about anyone else who floats up here. Vote Reform.

Bank of England should become more like the Fed to stem bond losses, Barclays says

The Bank of England should structure its balance sheet more like the US Federal Reserve to help stem losses from the unwinding of quantitative easing (QE), analysts at Barclays have argued.

The Treasury is having to shoulder heavy losses from QE, which is attracting a lot of political attention given the parlous state of the public finances. Taxpayers are expected to transfer around £35bn to the Bank of England this year to cover losses resulting from QE.

600,000 extra people are allowed in each year, further burdening an already strained infrastructure. It's a complete mess.

Homeless and Private rentals in UK reach record highs, data reveals

For rent outside of London, on average Brits are looking at paying £1,316 per calendar month, which is the highest ever recorded, according to research by property website Rightmove.

Ahead of tomorrow's election, Rightmove is calling on whoever the next government is to help the industry by creating more rental properties.

In London, the price for renting on average lifted to £2,652 a month, marking nearly triple that of the £894 average seen in the north-east of England.

MATT GOODWIN: How TORY Elites DESTROYED Their OWN Party

johnwise
03/7/2024

Tories, you have had your chance. 14 years worth of chances. Now stand aside and remove any candidates that are polling lower than Reform if you really want to prevent such a large Labour majority...

As public servants, their duty is to serve the people. However, nothing that the public wants has been achieved:

- The NHS is worse

- Crime rates are higher

- The national debt has increased

- The cost of living is at a crisis point

- Poverty is soaring

- Councils are going bankrupt

- Roads are constantly congested and full of potholes

- Train fares are higher than air travel

- NHS dentists are almost nonexistent

- Waiting lists for everything are growing

Despite this, 600,000 extra people are allowed in each year, further burdening an already strained infrastructure. It's a complete mess. Vote Reform unapologetically, and a new tomorrow starts..
