The problem we have is that the Tories are the most "right-wing" of three socialist parties. The only businesses they really like are the multinationals who act against the interests of an enterprise economy that creates wealth from the bottom up.

So when it comes to this crisis the Tories are simply leaking their elitist and bureaucratic socialist tendencies. Boris is there praising the "beating heart of the nation" as being a state controlled health service, when in fact, the beating heart of the nation are the tens of millions of workers in small to medium businesses who create the wealth that funds the luxury of having a state controlled health system and a welfare state.

No real business/jobs centered party would have ever walked headlong into this. They'd have been planning ahead in January, and would have had to be dragged kicking and screaming into actions like lockdowns which destroy the jobs and properity of tens of millions of workers and businesses.
