Dr Biotech, did he connect or just tell them what they wanted to hear, which is spend loads of money on this that and the other, which is always Education, Health and Police force and this time making University fees free.

I'm going with people voted on what they heard and not really thinking about how it will really be paid for in real terms.

TM should resign Her campaign was awful and whilst I'd rather her than JC it has to be said that JC did connect with a large proportion of the electorate.

Also its mustn't be forgotten that there are plenty who voted remain - pretty much half the country - who are not too happy with the current brexit approach.

Depends what you've done to earn the money Joe,some people have jobs & some have careers, doing a daily grind for years on end for roughly the same amount of cash can wear down ones empathy for other people, you sound like a career guy.
Barclays is holding up better than I thought, not even sub 200p

But surely foreign aid is much more important than whether you retain more of what you've earned within your own family?

The Tories' manifesto, had nothing optimistic in it that people could feel positive about. The Social Care policy, to steal your family home for the cost of your residential health care came as a massive shock to staunch supporters and will be the main reason the Tories haven't managed a majority. Pensioners who have spent their entire lives saving want to be able to pass the main part of their homes and savings onto their kids...Please don't say "we cannot afford it" while the Government squanders £13 Billion a year on foreign aid That is money it has to borrow to give away ??

The ppl have spoken - May is not a strong leader. She is scared to face the public, the very ppl she wants votes from! She needs to go, end of. The queen should indicate this before giving permission to form a coalition with Irish. The Labour Party has proven to be rather dynamic by suggesting their negotiating position would be to remain in the single market whilst leaving the EU - which would mean a soft brexit. Good for the market in the long term. TM must resign, her cabinet must retaliate.

Brexit,Trump & May, I got them all wrong, as soon as May introduced the policy affecting people having to pay for healthcare by selling their houses, even after you die she was on the back foot, what's the point of working 30 odd years paying tax & then paying again for health care, knowing the benefit mob get it all free, I thought the leavers would have been enough to get May(hem) over the line, Corbyn's promises of free stuff, meals & education was the final nail & now we're in limbo land, Democracy, its a wonderful thing.

Porty, you should have said that before the vote, not after. Anyone can say that after the event has occurred much like when a share goes against you.
