I've got about £900 in a SIPP which I'm considering keeping in the delisted company. It's money I wouldn't see for years anyway.

I have accepted the offer. Been told by my broker I should, assuming a formality, receive the money in 3 to 4 weeks. My last post here so best of luck all. Stick to passive investing for me, too much like gambling on AIM. Bye!

Same here since 2nd April when Barclays belatedly pulled their finger out. What are you gonna do with your losses kb?! I'm tempted to join another foolish scam (sorry, stock), just to see if I can rebuild the missing thousands Redbird have 'acquired' from me. I mean, have you read how they were all taking slices of the action since 2012 in the offer doc notes? Obviously many knew what was afoot whilst we could only guess. The same mob who ran this story back in 2008/9 are still pushing Kefi and maintain it will be a winner...fool me once and all that? Hell, it's only money. Topicel

Latest RNS says target is now 50%+ (though Moz Gov approval still needed to go unconditional). Moot point as to whether Redbird could yet walk away, but (1) 50% is easier than the previous target, and (2) the time-frame can always be extended...

Urgent If Redbird don't reach 75% then do BAO go bust and shareholders LOSE everything so therefore better to sell in the open market?

It's there on the Corporate Actions page as a Takeover (unconfirmed). We have two options - ignore it, which is the default, or accept it. There doesn't seem to be an option for leaving some shares - I've had to write a number or put "All" in the past. They want their answer by the 13th. At least it means we start the new tax year with a loss.

My corporate action note was there in TDW - I've just accepted. I feel dirty...like i've just been mugged.
