05/3/2015 18:29 | Pete... Could I ask a favour, I've heard nothing from my broker yet, could you let me know when you get something from your broker. I shall do the same if I get something. TIA | kbrook
05/3/2015 18:16 | For interests sake. I spoke to Barclays as like a few others here my stock is held in their nominee account. They are aware of the offer and once confirmed they will send out the necessary paperwork. | pete_bain
05/3/2015 18:05 | Kbrook. The 6p is guaranteed. | pete_bain
05/3/2015 16:44 | just people moving on to a better place :0) | queenwood
05/3/2015 16:16 | Just looked at the trades, I see some fools are now accepting less than the bid 5.4p, I don't understand why, could someone enlighten me? Maybe it's me being daft hanging on for 6p, don't understand it. | kbrook
05/3/2015 16:11 | Not sure how many holders left on here. I'm waiting for the offer price or very close to it. For those thinking of not accepting the offer there is an interesting post on III by Tuckman, on how shares can be traded after delisting. Quotes an example of Matra petroleum. I would copy and paste but my iPad is not behaving at the moment. | kbrook
05/3/2015 15:27 | Yes max, you were totally wrong weren't you? What a loser! £00.06 | solonic
05/3/2015 09:29 | Totally out of this now as sold out before the 6p and have put the money in something that I feel will be better long term. Good Luck to all whatever you decide to do. Cheers N | nico9
05/3/2015 09:24 | As I have said these loses have been a good lesson in life and reaffirms the realization that money isn't my primary motivator. For instance a nice line of something exciting is much more my cup of C! After consultation with the welshy boys kevin and Gowboy I have decided to buy another 3 milion BAO shares . I get a nice warm feeling from just holding them and stroking them occasionally. I reckon that after about 30 years they might be worth something even if I'm dead. I wish all you loser cuuuunts out there who don't have any courage and are taking the 6p offer every luck...NOT! | pete_bane

04/3/2015 20:20 | If anyone is looking for research into companies delisting from the UK markets then the following Birmingham Business School is worth a read. It's long and heavy reading but might suit some folks. I'm posting from a phone so it'll probably need pasting into browser window. It should link to a page with access to a PDF of the paper. 04/3/2015 19:03 | Topicel, I have had some sympathy with your position over the years but you aren't quite being accurate. BJ and JD are backing Redbird in a vote to delist from Aim but BJ isn't selling any shares at 6p and I assume JD is selling 1.5m from his 8.8m holding to buy some more in the placing. They however have a good idea of where the project is going and are taking a salary so its not hard for them to stay invested. For ordinary shareholders you need to think about what Gowboy posted i.e. what your risk appetite is and you have to be prepared to sink more money into Bao. I am struggling with that option but would be very grateful if someone with deep pockets saw the value in the project and bought a chunk of it in the market. Don't think it will happen though. | simonatwork
04/3/2015 16:23 | NCT news they have ditched Darwin as have GSR. Look at them today. NCT under the radar at base with small overhang. Be first. Gla | tidy 2
04/3/2015 15:56 | ok, take your point, irrevocably is quite clear I thought Redbird might have left the door ajar for a last-minute Chinese bid or something (in the next 28 days) but evidently they have the whole board by the balls. | andrbea
04/3/2015 15:39 | What? Again you don't read. The RNS tells us that the BoD have 'irrevocably' willed their shares/votes backing Redbird to go private at 6p. Nothing can stop this happening short of a massive consortium stopping the proposal and bringing £12m to the table. this money is seemingly needed, unbeknownst to most of us simple PIs, to continue on AIM without massive dilution. Redbird won't supply the cash unless they have their way, or get it from mates to fund the DFS and onwards. In effect, rock and a hard place. How can it be otherwise in all seriousness. Redbird don't get their way like this they call in the bridging loan (at no interest remember), and then we go into admin and they get us for almost nowt and we don't even get 6p. Until you get a sudden TR1 stating someone has crossed a threshold then it is just PIs selling and Redbird buying. As you'd expect. They've called all the shots. Topicel | topicel
04/3/2015 13:40 | if another bidder for the company were to buy stock and say take the market share price to 7p, then Redbird would have to think again (as a paper offer of 6p would be less than a quick sell on the open market). A risk Redbird now runs with such a low premium... I hope they get burnt in the period of 28 days. And bao's own fault for not suspending the share. | andrbea
04/3/2015 13:17 | i never thought i would agree with solo,,but i do now..should have listened to him two years ago ,,,what a complete pillock i was living in baoland with no fairy dust... | jedad
04/3/2015 11:47 | I personally cannot see the sense in doing anything other than wait for, and accept 6p. As a minority share holder in a company which has been taken over your prospects are a snowball's !! All very disappointing but that seems to be that, as far as I can see. | altom
