A lot of the discussion here is about news flow. Just remember that bango can only release news when asked to and when dealing with global companies like Google and Amazon they are very restrictive on what they allow bango to say. This has always been the way, but the Share price is very important to bango in terms of commercial relationships and employee remuneration and incentives. Also the schedule of migrations with Google and the Amazon roll out are done entirely on those companies schedules. Bango is ready and waiting to act as soon as they are given the go ahead. There really is nothing they can do to speed it up.

We finally have intelligent discussion. They’ve cleared the BB of idiots and we are ready for action. The average IQ of postings has gone up 110%, let’s hope the market value of Bango shares goes up likewise.

Chimers this is the original thread started in 2012 by hamidahamida
and has been very pleasant without you. The thread you started was terminated for good reason. Go away and don't bother trying to use your aliases. We are fed up with you.

Hi Simplesimon,
Wasn't meant to be a criticism of your post - maybe should have stated overly positive poster.

Totally get your post - not negative at all.

There is a lack of information coming out.

This share seems to rely on a Simon Thompson push from IC every few months to gain any traction.

I agree with your above posts 100%

All the Best.

Dear ernieshoe. Sorry if I came across as being negative, my remarks were meant to be constructive. 60% of the stock in the company is held by large institutions and they most likely have their own channels for information and the full attention of the company directors. I feel that us smaller investors are being neglected. We need to be kept better informed. The market appears to have lost confidence in Bango and the lack of information coming from the directors could be the reason. Although it would be detrimental to disclose contracts and proposals that are being negotiated and developed, there must be finalised achievements that could be better touted.

Simon, you can see why we need some sort of information if nothing the price will only go one way, even your posts don't seem so positive as they used to be,I see Netflix subscribers were way ahead than expected ,nice to see some good interesting posts back on here again, alan

Have to say I disagree with you there Simplesimon. I have always found the company's reporting to be pretty clear and comprehensive. It is supported by interviews and house brokers reports which are made available to all from the company's website. The company is still tiny, with a turnover in the last 12m to June of under £5m. How much more do you want?

Re-read the interim results, which were issued less than a month ago. The business model is clear, the funding position is secure. We as shareholders just need to be patient and let the management get on with it. The share price will reflect performance in time (for good or ill), just be careful not to be a forced seller.

That there may be nothing to say is the worrying part. When they say nothing people naturally start to worry. Bango needs a Finance Director who can not only keep the books but also keep us informed. With a fast moving company that is doubling in turnover every year and expanding in new markets all over the globe the task will be the most demanding in the business. However, the shareholders need to be kept informed.

I agree with the last sentence simon, but with a substantial emphasis on the first word.

As for news flow, looking back,it seems to me that they are not shy to announce every new customer (/partner) so maybe the lack of recent news flow is because there is nothing to say?

The only transactions seem to be petty speculators, punters and short sellers trying to buy in dips and sell in the spikes. Buy one day sell the next. I can’t imagine they make much money after allowing for the broker spread and commissions, bottom feeders. The investors are waiting on the sidelines for the company to tell us where they stand and where they are going. It has been a long dry spell without much communication and the investors have been left in the dark, as evidenced by the low value placed on the company by the market. Could it be that Bango is a company of computer geeks that are unable to communicate with the outside world, or is it that they are so consumed with task at hand that they have no time to talk about it? The nature of their business is that they need to fully integrate with clients all over the world both technically with their computer systems and business wise with their finance and accounting systems. Their clients also have diverse cultures, languages and nationalities that make the task a very difficult one. However the diversity and complexity of their task is also their greatest strength. With all the uncertainty in global markets the companies with the widest global income base will be the most durable. Those most fully integrated with the technology, finance and accounting systems of their clients will be the most indispensable. Is Bango up to the task? They appear to be headed in all the right directions and pressing all the right buttons. If they pull it off, they and their investors stand to reap a very secure and profitable future.

It's all very well complaining about Chimers but you guys need to get real, this share has lost, what 60% of its value over last year. I sold out at 230 I think when it lost momentum. So what's the point of holding - the market had given its verdict. If this thing is going to go up sustainably it will show in price but atm there is no sign of that happening
