Bango (AIM: BGO), the mobile commerce company, announces that Ray Anderson, Chief Executive Officer of Bango, has purchased 15,000 shares at a price of 112 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Anderson's total holding in Bango is 6,608,725 shares representing approximately 9.35 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
