A CFO has the primary responsibility for managing the company's finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. Therefore I can not see how Miss Jones can be credited with the growth in EUS

In relation to the the 50k shares you mention she actually had approx 450k share options built up over the years of which by my reckoning if she could put the finance in place she could take up approx 200k and walk away with a tidy profit. Some of her options are at 43p. As she only has 90 days to do this before she loses the options it could be that Miss Jones is the seller and the mms know she has limited time to carry out the deal so are manipulating the share price accordingly to hoover up the shares at a favourable price for selling on at a nice profit

Not to worry. I was referring to Rachel Elias-Jones who has acted as both executive director and as a spokes person for the company. She appeared in many company promotional videos and interviews by the financial press. During her watch the End User Spend value grew to be worth twenty times more than when she joined. Even as business continued to soar the company remained on a stable cost base. Needless to say as the Financial Director during that time her skills must have been highly sought after. Bango offered her a bonus of 50,000 shares spread over three years and even when you consider that those shares might grow to be worth three or four times their value during that time, it was not enough to keep her. We have nothing to worry about. We should only be grateful that she was there when the company needed her. She left us with a strong financial foundation and has moved on to more fully exploit her abilities with a new challenge that has an even greater need.

I hadn't realised they lost their chief spokes person. That's very unfortunate to loose two important people at the same time. A bit worrying actually.

Not to be confused with Simon Said the smart one, I am just simple Simon the pragmatic one. Market dropped 4% so far today. Only 12 trades, looks like somebody cashed in, maybe 3 or 4 people trading today. I wouldn’t let the personal needs of three people influence you. Unfortunate to loose the finance director and chief spoke person at this time. Management must be very busy. I would expect they have been focused on the major trade exposition in China. With money in the bank and rumours of 100 million potential new users in India, 25 million in Brazil and 20 million in Mexico they must have their hands full. However it would be nice for them to let us know what is going on. When the news does come out, we can expect a big market adjustment. If three or four people can move the market 4% this could be huge.

Well simon I think by the share price drop people are worried,it's all very well people on this site researching the company and saying positive things ,I hope they tell us something before January ,otherwise we cannot expect any new investors ,I was hoping you would ring Ray as you do from time to time,at this time it could be very helpful, good luck I always appreciate what you do,

Apparently there is a big issue with the carriers when Bango announces new contracts. We started out the new year back in January with Ray Anderson announcing to the world he had just started providing Bango services to 12 million new end users in Mexico. Apparently the carrier or service providers objected to being used in Bango’s promotion to its share holders and cried breach of contract. Ray went very quiet after that which is very unusual for him.

So if Bango are the payment Platform being used by Vivo (which is more than likely) then that’s Bazil, Japan, UK, USA & India that we know about all activated for Amazon Prime in addition to the Japan phiysical goods activation which Raymondo stated in his latest interview was now significant.

I’m sure there are many more stealth activations that are happening behind the scenes including but not limited to the Google migrations

Looking forward to the Jan 2019 trading update

On the 18th of August Fernando Luciano from Telefónica Vivo stated that Vivo was working with Bango to develop carrier billing.

hxxps://blog.bango.com/2018/08/16/executive-insights-carrier-billing-global-outlook-opportunities-fernando-luciano-telefonica-vivo/

In the 13th September article on the Brazilian Mobile Time website they announced that Amazon Prime was being launched on Vivo with carrier billing. Although I do not speak Brazilian, I had a look at the Vivo website and I could not find any mention of Bango or any other payment system. Maybe Bango has been rebadged as a service provided by Vivo and they want to downplay the Bango brand name. That would explain why Bango could not make an announcement.

I don't appear to have picked up on the most recent Amazon Prime Video DCB activation in Barzil with their leading MNO VIVO who have more than 75 million subscribers

Maybe this is another Bango stealth activation

Has anybody else seen this before and have any further information as to Bango involvement.

The problem is gerihatrick ,for quite a while now BANGO share price has gone down on no news then up on no news,I agree that in March they were in in discussions with any amount of companies and I know simon will say that they are bound not to report anything till they get permission ,so here we are posters in the middle of nowhere ,I know simon speaks to Ray which I think would be very helpful right now, good luck,

Bango has hit the bottom for now and I expect it to bounce as high as £2 before it settles back again.
Bango is very much news driven and news will push it forwards for a while.
Could even spike to £3 or £4 if they handled it properly and timed it right within the market.
Doesnt mean its a good company.
It means what it means.
Its what will happen regardless of anyone's input.

Play the game not the man.

In March Simon Thompson said they were in discussions with 38 mobile operators-? Brazil in that 38? On 20/6/18 he also said they were working with Chile operator Entel with 6.7m subscribers. Cannot locate specific mention of Brazil-India yes with 207m. I await news of the £4b sign ups!

I remember mention of Bango and Audiens securing contracts with one of the largest mobile phone carriers in Brazil. That one carrier had more subscribers than all the mobile phones in total in the UK. Software engineers from Audiens based in Italy were working closely with the Portuguese-speaking software engineers in Brazil. As less than 3% of Brazilians speak fluent English, the similarities between Brazilian and Italian languages would be a big plus for Audiens. However after the one news clip several months ago it all went quiet. Does anybody have more information on the Bango Brazilian contract.
