The buy price has dropped to 0.3475p from 0.3488p both under the rights price/book build price,anyone who bought in the rights has been robbed imo.

You can buy UNDER 0.35p so why would anyone be interested in buying at 0.35p in the book build? It looks to me that the book build will fail and the BoD will have to issue shares to the bucket shops at under 0.35p or add in some financial incentive.

It won't move up if the book build does not happen at .35p.If its less it will fall, if it is at .35p I will add some and bank a profit as sure it will rise on the Saffron drill

Shares were already priced in the market that's why it dropped from 0.5 to 0.35, this will move up with any buying pressure. Buy and hold.

SP will stick around .35 due to overhang.Spud RNS will be timed and sold into - 1.3bn shares approx to clear total.Unlike most the LTHs here EU is no amateur - they know how to fundraise.Tapping up shareholders is this company's main business

dimtalo,BPC is not valued at only its Trinidad assets,it is valued at what the market expects from all its assets (£17.2m). It is a loss maker and so should be valued at zero if it was valued at only its Trinidad assets . You keep thinking that it has the cash it talked about having in March but you don't mention the debts from Perseverance 1. BPC does have enough to drill Saffron2 at $3m but I doubt it has enough for all its planned wells. Mark my words the planned number of wells will be massively scaled back and the new shares will drag the share price back.

But they are kind of bound to.As has become obvious, I'll continue to follow BPC, this thread and the one over on LSE.I wish you, and all, the best here.And I will certainly keep a little change aside... just for when I might turn to accept a viable opportunity..?

We'll you've had a rough time here over the year's and I understand your angry from the bad luck and risks that were taken by the previous management, so you have every right to air your views here, all I'm saying now is, we have new management, new company name, new direction, moving from a exploration company to a full out oil producer. The company has good assets that can give high cash returns in a short period of time. I'm so excited that the company is going after known oil reserves and start bringing in that very important cash-flow. Tbh I can only see a considerable upside to the current mkcap as it stands.atb anyway however are view's differ.

Deltalo...I apologise for appearing to continue to lock horns with you..!I do respect your understanding of where BPC are NOW.I accept that the company's plans and recent actions will improve its current position. A yielding asset is an improvement.I do, however, stand by my expectation that consolidation will do what consolidation does. Good luck, though. Buying below the new 3p. Maybe..?

Deltalo... EU is bound to apply rhetoric to his subjective statements. With careful language (fairly unsophisticated, really) it's easy to make statements that can't be proven false later.However, I know you know better than to suggest to me that the current share price is measured without future expectations already priced in. This is not the START of any NEW BEGINNING. It's the very real reflection of a company struggling to make ends meet.

So basically the Saffron 2 spud is now on, cash that's already raised is more than enough to cover the well and produce it. As I said before, it's already priced in the current share price so we should see a rise tomorrow and throughout the next week's/month's.No risk now but very high rewards. Buy and hold.
