To pay the creditors with new issued shares. If they are clever they short the shares immediately and settle later at emission. Normally this creditors need the cash to pay themselves salaries and inputs. In case they have enough liquidity they could hold (insane decision) and book the shares under the asset "cash or cash equivalent". I wonder the reaction of the auditors. Aaaaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!

The mountain of shares will do its job long before next month dimtalo. Even if Saffron2 does hit oil its production is likely to drop off a cliff like every other on-shore well in Trinidad has.
