So your saying it's better for the company not to have that available entitlement if needed, when Saffron 2 is producing I'm sure the market won't worry about a few million shares been issued to deliver new wells that'll be delivering revenue. You don't understand the importance today do you. it'll make no difference to the share price and probably inflate the mkcap. I've seen this many times over the year's so I know the crack. "Results" ??!!Interesting turn of phrase for today's EGM.. surely not relevant to mugged off PIs??- permission to raise cash at 40% dilution to existing holders and permission to then extend to 750m post consolidation- so another 50% dilution.A RESULT for BOD for sure -

Poor dimtalo,he hasn't quite worked out why the BoD want the authority to issue 7500m shares at todays price. They want to raise cash for paper (although now it is all electronic) and printing shares is like printing money for them. DILUTION,big sells,possible death spiral finance and debts paid with shares is all to come. The 10m trades were probably roll-overs and sells today imo.

Good result today, next step, the open-offer outcome, then the Saffron2 drilling in six days time, so only 4 more trading days before it all begins. I expect investors will be loading up big time in the coming days just like the 10m buyer today. We're getting to that time now when if you want in at a good price then now's it imo. Atb.

Sometimes you need reminding just how mental AIM can be. If they can spin saffron then buying at 4p might not be so gullible but for sure as this was going to be 0.50p on a P1 duster and 0.35p on a raising, you'll be able to pick this hare up for below 3.5p in a couple of months. But fair play to the traders.

Mr. Eytan Uliel, who will assume the role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective 27 May 2021, and who will become a director of the Company on completion of customary due diligence and on-boarding processes, currently holds approximately 59.1 million shares in the Company.
