No risk with Saffron 2 as its an on shore known discovery appraisal well, not like the p1 exploration off shore well. Saffron 2 is a low cost, no risk, high reward oil field.

That only proves that the drill company thinks Saffron2 is worth a punt and it may or may not be,who knows? I am just warning folks that all wells drilled so far in Trinidad have seen their production fall off a cliff and Saffron2 COULD be the same.

Mr. Eytan Uliel, who will assume the role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective 27 May 2021, and who will become a director of the Company on completion of customary due diligence and on-boarding processes, currently holds approximately 59.1 million shares in the Company. Mr. Uliel's entitlement under the Open Offer is thus for approximately 24 million Open Offer Shares. Mr. Uliel has indicated that he intends to exercise his entitlement to subscribe for 24 million shares in the Open Offer, as well as subscribe for an additional 10 million shares in the Fundraising.

The cut n paste posts of mine above are there to point out that Trinidad wells end up with very low production after the initial pressure goes. One of Cerps old wells actually started off with 6000 bopd open flow (gy-670) but its contribution to a 400-450 bopd number must be very small as BPC has 135 plus producing wells.
