A circular in relation to the Open Offer and a Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting, including explanatory notes in relation to the resolutions to be put to holders of Existing Ordinary Shares ("Shareholders") at the EGM, will be posted to shareholders on 24 April 2021] and will be posted to the Company's website at the same time. For all those more concerned about me than their investments I was fishing yesterday and caught a lot of carp but thanks for your obsession. Anyone buying at these high prices deserves to get ripped off in the 10:1 consolidation and rights issue as 7500m new shares will soon be allowed to be used after the EGM. PIs are foolish so who knows if they will hold/buy more today but today is the LAST trading day before the EGM. The company has managed to get the share price up to make the rights issue more possible to succeed but nothing has changed here. I wonder if the BoD were responsible for the selling before yesterday (pre-selling shares issued by them to bucket shops) or whether their desperate investment into the rights and BoD changes only caused yesterdays 'dead cat bounce',who knows?

Today’s RNS was a last ditch attempt to raise cash, there is no solid business case to invest. It’s huge dilution again.
