BPC said Open Offer to be announced this week unless alternative funding secured.So each day with no Open Offer is a day closer to a JV.Either way it's WIN/WIN.Either lose a big percentage in a JV or more dilution for 100% of up to 30 billion barrels. A nice position to be in either way.As Whoppy said yesterday, the structures are so big it's going to be difficult to miss !

Linton why not just buy the rest of the shares you want today at 1.95p rather than in the open offer at 2p? 0.05p doesn't matter then? You like taking part in open offers? No MUG is going to pay for equity at a higher rate than the market. Ok - there are few complete imbeciles here so the company might raise around GBP 20k-50k which implies that the offer has failed.

A disaster in my view. With offer at 1.9 and bid at 1.78 more than 10% lower than the open offer price of 2p even monkeys will not give free money away at 2. A few mugs here might but overall in my view the company will be lucky to raise even GBP200k.

The offer will fail now and in my view the share price is set to collapse teaching the MUGS that only the Messiah is the bearer of all financial knowledge.
