I am hearing no demand at all for 2p placing. Disaster looms in my view. Only option left is maybe to offer at 1p but even then no guarantee of success. O.4p a more realistic level given last weeks developments.

No LTH shareholder will give them a penny in my view except a few MUGS here. hahahahhaha - Poor losers - Bankruptcy beckons.

This is the end of the road for the Longs. In Messiahs view (every word of his wisdom which is read by all mugs here) only bankruptcy is an option. No one wants to give money to a project with a 75% chance of failure. The journey to 0p will probably be complete within two weeks.

Many mugs here are in panic mode. Dreams shattered in the journey to 0p. No other option in Messiah view.

Even third parties have highlighted the huge risk of hitting a duster and no oil In commercial quantities.

The offer has already failed in Messiahs view but bankruptcy beckons.

For the record - I am not short. I only invest directionally when I am highly confident of the outcome - I donot punt - I don’t invest on emotions - my goal is to increase my capital only. So why am I not short?

There is a 25% chance according to the market that they will pull this offering off. I have to therefore be out of the stock given a 75% chance of a large correction but with a 25% chance the other way it is too risky to go short. My investments are based on probabilities and only when I am highly confident at +85-90%.

Unlike most of you here I donot invest based on dreams and self made stories but on reality and probability of being right. GL. Good to talk to you but Time to revert to character for muppets here.

I was long a few weeks ago Simon but there is a real risk of this offer falling short. The market is telling you as much. The mugs here are just but a small sample of the LTH investors and even a number of these mugs have highlighted as evidenced on LSE that they have either now sold (inconceivable) or will not put any more money in.

I will be very careful to believe the uneducated mugs like Whoppy and Linton (and believe me they have no idea how markets Work) are representative of the universe of the investors in this stock.

Personally I believe they will fail at 2p and will come back at a much lower level. Management has too much options and upside invested to let it go down at this stage - but they needed a higher price in order to satisfy the level that their options will vest at - over 2p. So do not believe for one second they did this fund raising for you and other shareholders - no it is mainly for themselves as they know that too high a dilution will take a lot of their profits away and they will sell substantially during drilling to mugs here who live on hope, in my view.

So this is the way I see it - I am not here to enrich the management. The offer will collapse and will come at a lower level. I will then buy in size and like them will sell most if not all during drilling.

Therefore there will be significant weakness and I know markets better than the totality of all of you but the good thing is they will not go bankrupt pre drill.

If you guys were civil from beginning we all could have had a value added discussion but it is now too late for that. You are wiser than the average here hence why I thought to treat you as such, in this instance.

Apparently not a lot of investors are going to go for the open offer given market offer is lower than open offer. Much better to buy it cheaper in the open market. Very unlikely that they will raise anything over GBP 500k in my view.
