Tend to agree, sellers are week holders and I suppose take quick profits after massive rise late Friday. I expect sells to fall away later this morning and then 're rating will happen. Long term holder and feel this has now turned the corner

Kiran is not interested in making a return for shareholders, he just wants to keep the gravy train going with investments that are as far away from production as possible. Also, Secker hates him and there is no relationship between the two companies. BCN see KDNC as an annoyance and an embarrassment and are happy that they no longer have any say whatsoever. If you want to profit from Bacanora, just buy direct..

Potential share price for BCN Potential SPToday 16:25A simplistic view of potential M/Cap would be:1 - Take the POST-TAX NPV of the two projects i.e. $1,072m ($802m + $270m) less say $72m to buy out Solarworld in administration (actually contractually $30m) i.e. $1000m net.2 - Assume maximum dilution to 500m shares (being the amount authorised to the BOD i.e. plus c 300m shares from here ) as part of delivering a fully funded financing package.That gives a worst case conservative view of $2 per share (say £1.50) - and potentially considerably more .$1bn valuation supported/underpinned by projected EBITDA of $287m (being $229m + $58m). i.e. only 3.5x EBITDA.So £1.50 is my downside case - IMO more likely £2.25-£2.50.

Well I don't usually look forward to Monday mornings but I'm genuinely looking forward to what happens here tomorrow. Potential for a major spike with the FOMO crowd but I'm hoping it will hold another solid gain of 25% or so.

$122m profit PA from 2021! Signed off-take & investment with Ganfeng! Worlds largest lithuim metals producer! Hanwa will now invest a further $25m in BCN do await this news plus Zinnwald update is now due. Hanwa also has a 10 yr off take in place. Let the market decide what the share price will be but imo the project value will now start to be priced in. For perspective Sonora has a 250 year possible life of mine. Compare to sxx which has a possible 50 yr LOM but required 10 yrs development and £2bn capex and so much red tape itd make your head spin. Their cap is just north of £1bn and they are many years from producing Verses BCN £67m cap, much cheaper to get to work and much nearer term. So for BCN think SXX on steroids. Plus Ganfeng plan to increase development efficiency at Sonora. Time for the big investors to start taking this north.

John KDNC has just placed 1.6m quid at record lows of 0.11 two days before BCN issued this news. Unfortunately for them they sold down BCN to 1.7% holding and even with that holding they would only see a return on it if they sold that. You are best buying BCN tbh KDNC is the type of stock were its holders are constantly rinsed and spiked whilst the bod sell into every false rise.

They have the expertise and in time will no doubt swallow up the company
