Expect volatility and trading today, so i will top up on any dips under 30p, we have the Zinniwald FS due soon so great positive news momentum expected i don’t think 40p is unrealistic by end of Q2. I recall we hit 42p on funding rumours only a few months back.

It halves our development costs, significantly increases possibility of takeover, and guarantees the project goes ahead. Yes the buy in price could be better, but ultimately I think it is a good deal and will create significant long term value. What the market does today is anyones guess, but I like the deal.

Excellent news. The price paid is not very relevant, this derisks the project with a tier 1 player who has the knowledge and experience to deliver under budget and remember Zinnwald is now in for free.

Agree it could easily be the first step to a full takeover, I expect it won't be anywhere near this level though.
