'Our performance is typically second half weighted. This weighting is expected to be more pronounced this year as we gradually improve our efficiency month by month under COVID-19'

Ptonks could you give us your enlightened opinion on the half year results? They look broadly positive to me, revenue mostly stable, still profitable and cash generating during a challenging trading environment, debt still trending downwards. But I'm a mere mortal, what do you think?

Funds that dumped will now buy back in for a longer term recovery based on a better defence spend environment.

Previous basket cases include PETS and HFD and MTC and INTU.

So its figuring out which are real and which are imagined cases thats the problem.

Of course they always look like they are if there’s a long term share price decline. Or an issue where they’re just down on the company forcsome unknown reason.

Its very rare to find a poster that makes the case BEFORE the start of a long decline or rise. That takes a bit of brain work.

New ceo will have his broom out but hopefully we can take comfort from an improving outlook!

Well this is going nicely. Value stocks are in vogue. Currently sitting on a 30% loss, hoping for a positive half year results tomorrow.

Problem with any sort of political discussion is that its frequently split into primitive good/bad sides, where each forgets the blunders their own side has made. Just as well we can’t have negative votes or there would be no parliament

And look where we are now. ;)

The electorate are not exactly v.good at making voting decisions but they are v.good at being brainwashed.

Ask the electorate who voted in a landslide win for the Tories.
