you'll be lucky sm.............have you seen Apple's numbers - smashed expectations........... Texas Instruments come in too above expectations..........

tech day tomorrow for sure..........the results plus the positive close stateside tonight will give the overnight and UK markets a kick in the butt tomorrow imo.............hey the mms may even be playfull and give a boost before the open..............

we'll see I guess.............happy to bounce off the 810-820 leve again...........could mean a trip back to 880 or there abouts.............

well there we go................a funny old day..........the general markets seem a little more resiliant than most would give credit for I'd say...........hopefully the US plays ball now for the rest of the day with no wild falls................

analyst on doomberg saying take financials and homebuilders out of the equation and the third quarter numbers from the other market sectors are decent................

so now we have the auction..............something around 830 at the mo............mms are 820-840...................

well I'm still waiting for the end of the world as we know it as predicted by the doom mungster over the weekend................they've done a cracking job getting stock out of people prior to the holiday/Christmas busiest quarter of the year...............

sm...........you could see Axon blue by the end of the day after all..........

check this out..........Friday we had rising oil and falling dollar and stocks dropped..............today we have falling oil and rising dollar...........the complete opposite.............

hey, did you see what happened on the book a little while ago????? It got populated with a few chunky buy orders that meant the buyside showed 68k in buys..........they moved themselves around a bit then left.............

so we have a lurker or two............and things generally have settle down now across the board at current levels...........

48.8k v 29.9k total buys to sell orders now placed on the book.........

Was 805 and yes having to lift
Some has been filled but its taking longer than expected
Happy though seeing the stock showing strength

morning all.........morning sm.............well it's not the end of the world senario they were all predicting over the weekend............lol.........press/media hype eh???? wonder how many needlessly sold their stocks this morning?????????

don't forget the US was already down 200-220 points at the UK close so only 140 points the difference technially.......what 60-70 points at current exchange rate?????????

what price your order?????? I bet your having to lift it now following yet another bounce off 815 if it hasn't already been filled....................I doubt it though cos since 8:08 it's been mainly buys.............and what another 10k of buys gets us back to opening price???????????

just got in so haven't had time to do a detailed look............

morning all........glad that week is over........the first part was pretty promising...........then the last 2 days let us down..........20th aniversary can't didn't help, plus I think a double witching day too.........well can't be many more major banks left to bring out results............

shame quality stocks got hit too...........

oil easing a little and it looks like the dollar is closing in on a resistance level so may technially bounce off it..............

fingers crossed for a decent week..............

not you sm...............chuff..............well it wern't me..........mr is being a little quiet though............

well not saying the share price wouldn't have been down today re the general markets and all, but this mornings low volume very early sells set the tone really imo, but once it settled it seems quiet happy to stay there.......and of course those give away VW trades..............hopefully a better day Monday.............

I'm wondering now if the UK markets are influencing the US markets before the close.............guess we'll find out in 30 mins when the UK closes..........
