nonna the parts san has stolen/acquired are those very best parts that are worth keeping and are viable ---why else would san want them ? --------the failure of argonauts was not just down to jez san alone---he had far too much power over the rest of his puppett board -- his personal wealth and controlling interest over them was obviously very intimidating reading between the lines ---bad advisers, weak board, poor brokers ---combination of all these factors ---if mat spall became the CEO i think the city might go for this --------nonna truth is its the only way argonaut shareholders will see any value -something along these lines

if san co-operates with us --we have a company that can be saved and worth a lot of money ---if he doesnt co-operate we have nothing but a legal battle like the rage situation -----san's future in the public arena is non -existant after the sfo charges him and the board of trade disqaulifies him from holding current or future directorships ----it maybe that san's behaviour may have already disqualified him from a refinanced argonaut and new argonaut board ----the ball is really in san 's court now to be honest and fair --if i was san i would sooner support charles stanley's attempt to re-structure argonauts than take on the dti or sfo----

I wanted to get the docs to the group quickly. We need to know if the company's being wound up - when a form is filed the clock is on countdown for 3-4 months.

Just in case you missed earlier postings, JAM was bought by San via a company called Ninja Theory Ltd which was incorporated on 24.9.04. This, together with the info you found out about Morpheme, indicates a fair amoung of pre-planning...and certainly seems to contradict the PR image of San being an eleventh hour saviour of the company. More like a 10th hour plunderer, in fact...

harry - you've done a complete u turn on san; first he was untouchable and now he's a villain; i agree with the latter view - HE resigned to buy the company, not John Crilly or any of the other directors; the Malice aforethought was HIS, not anybody else's - glad you now agree - so tell us how Charles Stanley can help us - are they going to join the action group

sharp practice and not acting in the interests shareholders at all times -comes to mind --easy to prove in this case --an open and shut case imo -----------may even try throwing in some fraud charges for good measure

imo the role of the administrators needs a thorough investigation --as they apparently decided the value of morpheme was the cost of staff wages --when i asked for full details of the company assets etc. --they were unable to furnish this info - the whole sale process was to meet its own seven day closing period --it set this deadline to meet with san's own schedule and to pay the staff its wages --- the administrator david ruben told me that there wasnt any detailed financial information available to post just an e-mail confirming morpheme for sale --this concern's me as the value of morpheme is potentianally worth millions --and this needs to be fully recognised by the regulatory authorities as its worth more than 30-40 grand or the months wages bill it accepted to close the transaction ----argonaut paid £1.8m originally --payment was made in cash and shares ---many shareholders bought argonauts for morphemes prospects

as i see it san either helps us to re finance argonauts and helps us appoint a new board and advisers or he will face the fsa/sfo/dti its his choice --i believe i speak for most shareholders on this ---

Ninja Theory Ltd was incorporated on 24/9/04. Its previous name was Avidbond Ltd (you can get this info free by going to the Companies House Website).
