If John Crilly doesn't disclose the information by the end of today we will have to inform all authorities of this. The sale happened over 2 weeks ago, no excuses for not telling us now.

If we do not get the information from John Crilly this time (i.e. the actual sale price) then we need to contact the authorities on mass about this particular issue. A board of a PLC has no right to hold this information from shareholders, no other PLC has a problem stating hard figures when they sell subsiduaries.

Yes I sent an e-mail to Crilly on the 3rd November 2004 @14:24 Hrs.

I informed him that I had had an e-mail from the administrators who said that they have informed the PLC board of ALL the details and as a shareholder I demanded to know the sale amount.

No reply, what a surprise

I appreciate you're new to this BB and that harry punter is telling you what you want to hear in these desperate times. Regular members to this BB will vouch that Harry Punter is nothing but a nutcase and his comments shouldn't be taken seriously. I also know some background to Harry Punter to verify this, remember i was the one who said contact Charles Stanley about Harry Punter.

We should be concerntrating our efforts on contacting John Crilly ([e-mail]), the administrators have said they have let the directors know the details of the sales, so the directors need to be forced to tell us, email john and if he refuses to tell us then inform the authorities that they are withholding information.

Once we know the price Jez paid, then we can get a case together for the authorities if it was not a fair price for the value.
