i think this is a good bet, but I can barely understand what they are doing ref. PO NA NA the financing looks very convoluted

Cheers I think that clears that up ;O)

A rough calulation assuming that the warrants rank pari pasu with the existing shares in issue (approx 600million) then the true market cap at current price is approx £19.5m, am I right? (£14.5M/600(m)*800(m))

I guess (If I am right) It answers where the catch is (A question I asked on another thread).

Abbo

That said a share that is valued at broadly NAV with the potential this one has seriously has to be considered at the very least as a watch candidate.

Thank you growbag, but what I meant was when did ECI issue warrent?
Many thanks,
Regards.

They basically function like ordinary shares when they expire - since they convert to ordinary stock (from which they derive their underlying value). This effectively increases the number of shares in issue - this in turn decreases the NAV per ordinary share (hence the term fully diluted). I think there are some 200m + warrants.

Kiss of death folks,

I called this share as an up for the week on Master RSI's excellent thread

Have held for about a month now and have followed the recent rise with great interest. Some good posts above, to be honest I dont know what the implications of these "Warrants" are, anyone care to explain?

Hi!

Lost track of this share, could someone explain re: warrants. When were they issued?
I'm holding from the "great" ECI's days.
Many thanks,
Regards.

PS. Re: consolidation, in my experience, unfortunately MMs always play tricks at these times.

Good call, by the way. I took a few days to decide, but got in at the right time and have been smiling for most of the week.

I think these are still undervalued and have the potential to go a long way over the course of the next twelve months. I think there are short term profits to be made (I'm already happy!), however this could seriously be a 4 or 5 bagger by this time next year.

The Po Na Na investment seems to be a good one, with the profitable bars being cherry picked. I am encouraged that the directors haven't rushed into things, and have walked away whent hings haven't been right.

Good luck to all.

Mart :O)

Chris Nuttall, I cant see how, I think the 60 for 1 consolidation is just that ie 60 at 2p = 120p 60 at 2.5p = 150p

Good luck to all

just a quick thought, if they keep rising wouldn't the 60 for 1 really be ripping the share holders off. As a long term holder i am holding a tidy loss on this one.

I really don't know. Back on a previous thread I 'investigated' some of the smaller companies which had web sites and noted that some of them looked promising. This was a superficial look but sufficiently promising to make me think I would hang on in there with the warrants I'd got from years ago. I'm still not enthusiastic about this crew, 'cos as has been said above they're very 'jam tomorrow'. A great contrast with the real promise of PDT, JIT, or NOI. Still, you never know. NOT for widows and orphans.

What I'd like to see is STEADY progress and decent information flow about these investments. Asking a bit much of the so-called professionals running this show.

Off topic: something that I do find currently of great promise is VTB. Has an informative thread.

Another Blue day (so far anyway)

Adelheid, I respect your opinion totally and in your position I would almost certainly feel the same (as I have done with a number of dog shares I have held) but for me AVA is new ground and as such I believe (& hope) that lessons have been learnt. The bargain they struck for the Po Na Na clubs shows that they have some nouse. I will be interested to see what the next venture will be.

growbag,
thanks for good post. My sentiments exactly. I used to be a great admirer, and buyer, of ECI especially when Michel Birnbaum was in charge. It always seemed undervalued then and there always seemed good times just around the corner. And all we got was one disappointment after another.
The share is still "undervalued" and "bound to go up soon" and all that. I would not trust the board members further than I could throw them.
I still have a holding in this. I used to have LOADS OF THEM, sold most of them at a huge loss. If I could get out totally at breakeven I would JUMP AT THE OPPORTUNITY. I would not buy more, however tempting they might look.
Cheers. Ad.

Any chartists out there - AVA shows the venerated golden cross at the start of the current upturn - where the 50 day MA crosses the rising 200 day MA . Supposedly a bullish signal -

This could be £1.40 by Xmas!

Oh, and don't forget the 1 for 60 share consolidation. Other terms and conditions may apply.
