22/2/2024 17:27 | And Whitey ...you.ve just lied about Avacta from Day 1. Much of your twaddle aimed at dim pi.s. You.re worse than Tickboo and way ,way dimmer. | amanitaangelicus
22/2/2024 17:09 | bbd2, Never mind our close price, concentrate on reducing your losses. Hope that helps | dudishes
22/2/2024 17:08 | I agree its been so ramped by a certain someone on twitter. He has led people down a treacherous path to value destruction. There is a placing coming and the price will not be pretty i feel. Lets see plus their loan shares conversion still to go. | tomavery19
22/2/2024 16:55 | Mkt cap is just ridiculous for a company at such a stage or trials. So many risk smd a very long way to go before this makes a penny. Looks like they need cash soon which will see this continue to fall. I never understood the horror yoe with this one looked nailed on for a big fall | bones698
22/2/2024 16:54 | Rather than query Tom's view today at share price 82p (look at the current sp)? He did suggest that I should hold my short from 101p. If I was long I'd be chasing the mgmt, not Tom. Hope that helps. | dudishes
22/2/2024 16:30 | Warned you all repeatedly the Achilles Heel here is the science. It is non-existent like the world beating LFT. This is why there is no peer review. What happened to the Protocol Amendment?. The end is now in sight. If you're still invested here don't be without a chair when the music stops. | pwhite73
22/2/2024 16:29 | … and now you’ve corrected it :-) | dil 21
22/2/2024 16:28 | You’ve labelled them the wrong way round. | dil 21
22/2/2024 16:23 | Spot the difference competition FARN: AVCT: | loglorry1
22/2/2024 16:16 | "The question still remains, why did Arisaph require 10 fold toxicity changes AND increased efficacy to proceed to phase 2." Would you mind explaining this @ohwhatfun ? I'm a bit lost. | loglorry1
22/2/2024 15:39 | Yes Aman phase 2 will come, it has too or the share price will capitulate as the large retail herd runs for the exit. If it doesn’t make it to market at least it creates a long run of spin to pay the salaries. At what price to get the backing, is the question. It’s hard to tell if the drop is £1 broken, big gap to 50p, PI selling, OR typical behaviour during the minimum 2 weeks of fund discussions that brokers demand. At this rate, if final prices are tomorrow, they’ll drag it down 5% or lore early on, and discount from there 20% perhaps! There have been some viscous discounts recently. The question still remains, why did Arisaph require 10 fold toxicity changes AND increased efficacy to proceed to phase 2. It’s likely a trigger point in the US. | ohwhatfun
22/2/2024 14:42 | Where is @tickboo? Let's see what he wrote back in October 12th 2023 when the shares hit c160p "Fun has just started. 141p was resistance for many months and now it is support. Ouch for the shorting crew." At the time he was posting up to 10 times a day. Now he's nowhere to be seen. He's either inside on a raise (ooops), or he's sold out leaving mug punters holding the baby. | loglorry1
22/2/2024 13:38 | I'm probably being a drama queen but what if AVCT simply can't raise the tens of millions of pounds needed to progress? What then? What have they got which is worth so much? It seems to me that the bulls think it is a forgone conclusion that they can raise funds but this isn't some needing to raise £2m to keep the lights on they need some quite serious capital. We have seen with FARN recently having failed to raise and the lender taking control of their bank account caused the shares to crater. If FARN can't raise then why do you think AVCT can. | loglorry1
22/2/2024 13:36 | What was Toms latest take on this thing? | sandcrab2
22/2/2024 12:33 | Tom Winni will be putting the feelers out. He.ll drop a nice post I.m sure given the share price fall - along the lines ' I told you so'. Next up ' Desperado' by the Eagles. Is it possible Smith has had the Tardis converted to electric and cant find a recharge point in the Gamma Quadrant? | amanitaangelicus
22/2/2024 11:38 | Beatme The fall could be due to approaches for funding and told to sod off a few weeks ago, price too high. It’s an awful market to raise in. IPOs last year on the AIM was less than £50m. A handful entered versus 100’s years ago. If at any point Avacta are tail between legs begging bowl out, the market will kill the price. Some have seen 60-80% falls immediately pre raise then 80% discount on the closing price. I’ve never seen the likes of this before. Perhaps it’s already out, hence the drop. If they can’t raise enough from the main sources, off it goes to bucket shops for the extra, and then everyone will know as it will be pushed out there publicly forcing an RNS. | ohwhatfun
22/2/2024 11:29 | Bond reset price The original price looks like it was 20% above the raise price. However the “limited set of circumstances” to reset lower come April, doesn’t have an explanation. But the bond holders would surely want it down as low as possible and could feed shares in to help the slide, they can sell some at any time. Fund raising elsewhere is surely hampered by the bond. So like a poster says, the first stop for more may be the current holders. I wouldn’t be surprised at 50p or lower. They could renegotiate the combined deal lower to make more. Higher risk as only a small amount has been paid off via shares issued. This belief it’s off to market after a handful of patients dosed in a safety trial is completely bonkers. | ohwhatfun
22/2/2024 11:29 | Ohwhatfun ...Phase 2 a stone cold cert. At what price - Smith doesnt care. | amanitaangelicus
22/2/2024 11:24 | Blimey, shorters out in force today. What’s your target close price? | bbd2
22/2/2024 11:18 | You are losing marbles at a rapid rate if you think it would be a good idea to let cash run down until year end. Phase 2 IF they go to phase 2, not when. Highly likely phase 2, something like 80% of all phase 1 go to phase 2. Oh not Ari 6000 of course (for whatever reason) It didn’t go unnoticed that Highly encouraging changed to encouraging. Myles, what a stupid dangerous comment, a given that it will go to market. It is absolutely not a given, that it will go to market, even if results are good. It depends what others achieve be it a prodrug or other method. As for the market cap, it was created by retail and funds (if interested) would never want to get involved at that level, hence the drop. | ohwhatfun
22/2/2024 11:08 | Anyone been offered the placing yet | beatme1
22/2/2024 10:41 | I see the Aptamer Grp are pushing ahead with an Alzheimer's LFT ... how.s our money munching LFT test division developing? I see nowt on the horizon. Given up? | amanitaangelicus
22/2/2024 10:28 | Vertiz ...yup, could be the fluffer rns for sure. | amanitaangelicus |
