No, because they have no intention of ever entering Phase 2 and furthermore based on Phase 1 efficacy results they will never be granted approval by the FDA to enter Phase 2.
All they can do is what they've just done, stretch Phase 1 into its fourth year, 2025 and beyond if they can. |
