Note the 2772 buyer at 1.699p sold them again for 1.4p

I see some crazy things every day on the penny shares but somebody trying to day less than £50's worth of shares in a dead stock with a huge spread with zero patience

I don’t know what they’re about. It’s probably the reason we have so many names on the register holding under £100 worth of shares.

There's def a squeeze in it so in theory it could spike 50% on a handful of buys but who is going to buy. I'm not adding more and Trevor is probably only going to add on weakness, he gave up trying to get 1 mil at 1.4p in all the auctions a while back.

These piddly little trades what are they all about ?

Currently I’m quoted 1.65 - 1.4. Good to see them talking about the share consolidation again as hopefully that will help with the spread.

Spread is shocking online, mm's want full offer 1.7p to buy but are bidding just 1.35p

I doubt there will be any action unless a brave soul buys

Yes I agree results showing great improvement and a trend that should continue as we leave behind loss making areas. Early days but good foundations for the next CEO. Our buyer was correct to see value. Blue today I’d hope. 👍

They look promising on the recovery side, anybody agree ?

I know from trading Auk in the past they can do some mighty swings from losses to huge profits when things start to improve.

Yes a bit left field for him but he must see opportunities. Seems likely those buys this morning are his at 1.54p.

Agree, follow TB in the early runs and he nearly always delivers. People moan about him when the stocks fall back but they can do huge returns.

Bit unusual to see him play this type of stock ?

Yes they really aren’t suitable for a listing truth be told but unlikely they will delist, not that I’m afraid of that. I wonder is Trevor Brown of Braveheart still accumulating at these prices.

I don't know, they are not fast moving beasts. It took them 6 months to get final results out (for a business turning over <£10m) and almost 4 weeks to say that all resolutions at the AGM were passed.

Looking for advice regarding the recent notice of possible Delisting of AUK.

As I have only a small holding with a tiny monetary value is it worth hanging onto the holding, or, cut any and all losses and get out now?

Any ideas who Trevor Brown (3.5% holder) is? Probably just coincidence but there is a Trevor Brown Architects based in London, but it looks like a small practice.

The bit about UK expecting to significantly increase revenues is positive and think they could have made this more prominent. The going concern statement (covenant waiver) doesn't read well. They do need to start turning it around and quickly.

I agree, maybe our new major shareholder will acquire more stock and push the board into some sort of M&A or put us up for sale. We need a full strategic review as the current model doesn’t deliver for shareholders.

At last. This bit sounds encouraging...The UK is expecting to significantly increase revenues net of sub consultants in the next financial year. Current secure work for 2022 already totals more than the 2021 outturn result.

The wait continues...9 months for any news at all is unusual in these days of more frequent updates being provided by most companies. So assume the results must be in line with what was reported in June, otherwise they would have said something at some point if they were going to be significantly different either way.
