Thanks for this view. Even better value now, couldn't resist adding a few more. More news flow would be helpful.

I bought quite a few sub 2p (already had some from 2.5p).

I think this is worth easily three times as much given time - but it will take patience.

That would equate to a mkt cap of a little less than £10m - still less than where it was this time two years ago. The yield from that time at today's price also equates to 11% - whilst the current mkt cap is less than two years' operating profit from a couple of years ago.

They're also at a discount to NTAV and have 0.725p per share in net cash so they aren't in any danger - and were trading profitably in H2. What's more, the directors have big stakes along with a few PIs, so have a strong vested interest in turning things round obviously.

Amazingly I could sell my entire holding this morning so there was some liquidity for a change. Didn't fancy 1.5p however.....continued patience needed here but undervalued at current prices.

So am I - but try buying any. I couldn't get an online quote for any - even at 2.5p.

I’m of a similar opinion ALS. Holding seems wise especially given spread etc.

Reasonable results all things considered but another year of losses to look forward to.

I still think this is a great recovery play but I have all the shares I want, they don't look like going bust and a few years ago were making profits of £2m a year.

I'm holding.

Has anybody else received a "hostile bid" offer for their AUK shares or is it just another scammer at work?

Also some useful snippets from respected Consultant Turner & Townsend on UAE market:"Within this context, it is hardly surprising that Talabani is optimistic about construction appetite in the UAE: "[The market] has surprised me with how resilient it's been and how it's been able to keep growing"".http://www.constructionweekonline.com/article-45833-face-to-face-alan-talabani-turner-townsend/

Try online again in the morning I think it closed 2.98p offer because of the 61500

Yep awfully illiquid and unlikely to change unless one of the major holders decides to reduce their holdings although history would indicate this is unlikely.Next results in January which should provide some clarity as to future prospects. I would encourage investors now to think about attending the AGM next year to demonstrate to the Board that they should engage with retail investors. It's a two way street.

I bought the 37500 and 25000 max online at the time. Surprised at the selling but maybe quick buck merchants on day of contract wanting to move their money to something more exciting.

Should recover to 5-7p in time.
